A hidden gem in beautiful Venice - not to be missed.

Pro: The apartment was in a perfect location. It was far enough from the centre to be tranquil and beautiful, amongst the parks and trees, but close enough to still have a great vibe and nice views. It was a pleasant walk along the water to reach Piazza San Marco. Via Garibaldi (a couple of minutes on foot) was great for meals, including a fabulous artisanal bakery. Check-in and other instructions were easy to follow. Our host, Giorgio, was lovely and very responsive by text. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and a perfect blend of modern and rustic. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We specifically chose this accommodation because we had two kids with us. They (and we) loved them having the upstairs loft to play in. It was bright and had a TV and seating. They also loved letting off steam at the playground and parks next door.

Contro: Not a complaint, but the televisions offered just the basics. I actually liked this, because the kids were more likely to play games and draw pictures rather than be glued to the screen. If you’re staying longer, maybe bring your laptop for streaming services.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Venice

Pro: The property was very clean and spacious-especially with a large additional mezzanine floor as chill out space. The property was quiet and yet close to all the amenities such as supermarket and restaurants. Nestled between two parks with Seaview, the location was very relaxing compared to being right in the centre of Venice (St Mark’s Square) which was already heaving with crowds at the end of April. The property is only a 15min walk to the main sights in the centre of Venice. The host Giorgio was very responsive and lovely, having checked in on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. He had also left us with bread, milk and water and plenty of other supplies to make it a comfortable stay.

Contro: More pillows would have been great, but thats just a small thing.

Perfect flat in a perfect location

Pro: Excellent location in a perfect neighbourhood and so close to everything! Giorgio was excellent in providing quick and clear communication and was always eager to help and answer any questions. Can’t recommend enough - it’s a gem!

Contro: The only thing I can consider is the lack of washing machine (which we knew about when we booked, so not complaining), it would have been convenient to have one in the flat

Pro: Clean, quiet, nice view, we loved the place, Grazie Giorgio!!

It’s definitely a place you wanna stay again.

Pro: Great location + a beautiful apartment and a warm helpful owner

Contro: The stairs going up are kinda narrow, can be challenging for those with big suitcases, no washing machine. But everything else is perfect.

Pro: Giorgio was super accommodating. Fantastic communication and super supportive. Location is fantastic for anyone liking to stay near the biennale arte. Giorgio has given fantastic recommendations as well from luggage storage on our departure date and restaurant recommendations for during our stay. The information he provided for check-in was comprehensive and easy to understand. He is a fantastic host and I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice apartment in good location.

Pro: Well equipped apartment in a good location. Plenty of space for a family of 4 (better suited to older children due to stairs) Air con worked well. 25 minute walk to St Marks square, lots of restaurants nearby & easy access to vaporettto.

Perfect spot to visit Venice

Pro: Excellent location in a calm neighborhood, close to Via Garibaldi for reasonably-priced shops and restaurants. 15 mn on foot from St Mark's square. Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom with loft as a bonus. Great shower..and thank you for leaving us milk and coffee! Would highly recommend

Pro: beautiful apartment in excellent location with view of park and canal. amazing 2 flore .children almost didn't want to leave the apartment and go out side.Thank you to our hostess we loved every minute

Pro: The apartment is well located, in a quiet street, the water bus is right next door, there is a supermarket 2 minutes away, parks for walking... The center of Venice is 10 minutes away by water bus. The apartment is big and beautiful, well decorated and quiet. Very nice bathroom! We really enjoyed our stay in Venice in this apartment. Super friendly host, he gave us all the useful information for visiting Venice and quickly answered our questions. We will come back here!
