Pro: c'erano presenti qualcosa per fare colazione,cialde per caffè, thè e tisane. asciugamani ok, lenzuola e coperte ok bagni puliti, riscaldamento ben funzionante. casa silenziosa e ben vicina a pizzerie, bar, coop.. c'era tutto a piedi e vicino.

Contro: siamo arrivati il 1 gennaio, non erano puntuali i vaporetti e abbiamo fatto tardi. la prima gestore non ci ha aspettato, la seconda persona che ci ha accolto molto gentile. si può migliorare l'accoglienza agli ospiti

Adattissimo anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto è super confortevole tutto

Contro: Seconda volta che veniamo e no non c’è nulla che non mi piace

Struttura accogliente, pulita e completa di ogni comfort. La consiglierei vivamente.

Pro: La sistemazione era accogliente, con arredi nuovi e tutto era estremamente pulito. Ci trovavamo in zona Biennale quindi un po' distante dalla confusione ma comunque vicini al vaporetto. Le stanze erano ampie e ben arredate con ben due bagli. La cucina fornita di ogni dotazione. Abbiamo auto un problema con l'utilizzo delle piastre ad induzione che purtroppo si sono rotte e non ci hanno permesso di utilizzare la cucina se non il microonde; tuttavia la proprietaria si è spesa per tentare di ripristinarne l'utilizzo e, non essendo possibilie effettuare una sostituzione dell'apparecchio, ci ha rimborsato una somma simbolica di € 50

Contro: Non ho critiche tutto è stato di nostro gradimento. Forse leggermente cara di prezzo ma ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Beautiful

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, very clean and close to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and a boat station, allowing us to enjoy Venice without being in the crowded center. the host is accessible and we can see that the apartment was decorated with love.

Contro: One of the bedrooms had a strong smell of humidity, what is common in Venice, but difficult for alergic/asthmatic people.

Fabulous location close to Arte Biennake venues and very convenient for all the main sights of Venice.

Pro: Fabulous location near to vaparetto stops and very close to Arsenals and Giardini Arte Biennale venues. The property is on a charming street very close to Via Garibaldi where there are supermarkets and lots of bars and restaurants. 2 large bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The property is very clean, bright and well decorated and equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were met at the door welcomed snd shown around.

Contro: there is nothing not to like!

Pro: Fantastic location so close to the centre and so very Italian environment! Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Contro: No outdoor area

A great place to stay and especially if you are visiting the Venice Biennale!

Pro: The property is nicely renovated and in a fantastic location, close to the art and some of the best restaurants, bars and galleries. Romina is a very responsive and helpful host, including arranging for our keys to be handed to us on arrival at the airport. Overall, we felt very local staying there.

Contro: Very little, it's a great place to stay and you couldn't ask for a kinder host. There is a slight smell of dampness but we know Venice well and this is often the case.

We had a fantastic stay and the host was excellent, we will return one day.

Pro: Excellent comfortable apartment in a great location in very quiet area, 10 minutes walk to st marks square

Contro: We think could should replace the kitchen table and chairs with a sofa and a coffee table as you need a place to relax and have drinks and coffees and croissants in the mornings and could double as a table if you did cook meals.
