Ca' della Tana charming apartment in Biennale area

This cozy Venetian style apartment is a perfect place to stay in Venice!

Pro: The location of the apartment is perfect - walking distance to mail sights like San Marco Square, Realto Bridge, Accademia Bridge, etc. Only 7 minutes away from 2 different vaporetto stops where you can take direct boats to Bus and train station, Murano and Grand Canal trip. The apartment is located very near COOP mini market and lots of restaurants. Great advantage of the place is that there are three bathrooms and we didn't have any issues with the hot water.

Contro: The heating was not on when we arrived, but the problem was quickly solved.

Pro: Paolo welcomed us with very nice and warm welcoming vibes. The location was nice just a wee walk to two water bus stops and just a few stops to Piazza San Marco. The neighbourhood was lovely with vibrant restaurants, bakeries and coop all in the footsteps. Clean and spacious property with many bathrooms so you never need to fight over toilets haha You could have simple breakfast with all the available appliances and dishes.

Contro: Controlling the shower temperature was quite tricky, not stable at all and only too warm or too cold most of the time, but otherwise we loved all the facilities it came with.

Pro: Un apartament foarte frumos, curat, cald, toate facilitățile . Perfect pentru 6 persoane, câte am fost noi.

Pro: Apartamento muito acolhedor, confortável, bom aquecimento, com todos os utensílios necessários e excelente qualidade vs preço. Estação de vaporeto, supermercado e restaurantes muito próximos

Excelente y Acogedora

Pro: Nuestra estancia en la suite fue muy acogedora, todo perfecto, el acceso, la ubicación, los alrededores, los restaurantes, es el sitio ideal para quedarse en Roma, 100% recomendable, cerca de todo lo importante que debas conocer de la ciudad, estamos contentos de habernos quedado allí! Seguramente repetiremos

Pro: Me gusto la amplitud, comodidad de tener tres baños, colchones cómodos. La verdad que la ubicación es buena, vaporettosa 5 minutos andando del apartamento, a cinco minutos en vaporetto de Plaza San Marcos y 15 minutos andando a San Marcos. Está en un barrio tranquilo, con muchos supermercados, restaurantes,....muy agradable fuera del bullicio de turistas en el centro. Esta a la otra punta de la entrada de Venecia, pero eso no ha sido problema ninguno con los vaporettos. Pudimos dejar las maletas hasta que salimos por la tarde.

Contro: Todo perfecto.

Pro: Duży apartament, 3 sypialnie, każda z łazienką. Czysto, schludnie i przyjemnie. Blisko do głównego placu,obok sklepy, drogeria, restauracje i przystanek wodny. Lokalizacja super
