SOGGIORNO PERFETTO!

Pro: L'appartamento è situato in una posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti turistici della città. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata la pulizia della casa e tutta la fornitura presente per cucina, cura di sé e tutti i comfort. Il signor Nicola è stato davvero gentile e disponibile ad accoglierci e cambiare all'ultimo l'orario di check out per causa imprevisto dell'ultimo minuto. Consigliatissimo per brevi soggiorni immersivi nella città vista anche l'ottima qualità/prezzo.

The location was exceptional, close to all the historical sites, yet far enough away to enjoy the true tranquility of Venice's narrow streets and canals. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, which immediately made me feel at ease, and the warm welcome from the hosts, including a bottle of Prosecco, coffee, tea, and sweets as a compliment, added to the warmth, making my stay comfortable and truly special. Like at home ❤

Pro: Beautifully renovated apartment in Venice. We stayed for 3 nights here and found the location ideal, close to everything but also quiet. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Very chique apartment in San Polo you won’t want to leave.

Pro: It was like a home away from home. Had everything you could need. It was so comfortable and quiet to have a great sleep. Location was awesome and within easy walking distance to everything given the time we had. Did not want to leave!

Contro: Shower a bit tight and nowhere to put soap, shampoo, etc. storage for clothes a bit skinny as well.

Pro: The location was perfect and the apartment was ideal and within walking distance to everything we wanted. Just a great holiday!

A very good private room for two on the left side of Canale Grande

Pro: An up to date room installed in a previous magazine along the portego from calle to rio. Everything first-class modern style materials, no pseudo Venetian rococo. Kitchen facilities abundant. The house is at the quiet end of the street, and the room is towards a narrow canal with an occasional gondol or service boat passing the windows. The 14th century house is located in the more populated and interesting quarters of Venezia, San Polo near Ralto bridge with lots of restaurants and the most lively squares, when you have already seen San Marco. There are a couple hundred meters walk from the vaporetto stop Rialto Mercato or from San Silvestro.
