Pro: Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione molto accogliente e pulito

Contro: Tutto perfetto. Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa, all'orario di arrivo indicato (ore 15.00) l'appartamento non era pronto e lo dovevano finire di sistemare/pulire.

Pro: Appartamento elegante, arredato con soluzioni di design e fornito di ogni confort Situato in una zona silenziosa, seppur vicina al Ponte di Rialto, in un quartiere animato, ricco di locali e ristoranti. Pulizia e dotazioni di assoluta eccellenza. Torneremo quanto prima!

Contro: Tutto perfetto, nulla da segnalare.

Absolutely love it

Pro: Spacious and great to have friends join us on a couple of occasions

Quiet location

Pro: Good location for sightseeing. Quiet street so not loud at night.

Contro: Sofa bed should have been made up as they knew we were 4 people. Plus a 50 euro charge if you check- in after 8pm. Perhaps a charge but not that much. Sometimes you can't help arriving late if come for a weekend away and leave after work

Clean, cozy, and easy to explore Venice from

Pro: The apartment was very clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were professional and provided detailed instructions on various aspects of the stay, which made everything easier and more comfortable. The location was also very convenient — while not in the absolute center of Venice, it was close to everything we needed, and we could easily get around wherever we wanted.

Contro: When we arrived, the duvet cover was missing and was delivered with some delay. On the first night, the radiator system made a loud noise that woke us up, although this didn’t happen again during the rest of our stay. Additionally, there were ongoing construction works in the building across the street on most days, but thankfully the well-insulated windows made the noise more tolerable.

Great place

Pro: The apartment is really nice, modern and has everything you need. The whole building is renovated. The location is also great, with many restaurants around and it is easy to get anywhere from there.

Pro: Muy limpio. Casi no se oye ruido. Cocina equipada y cama cómoda. La atención buena por teléfonos

Contro: Es caro. Venecia es generalment, cara. Algunos sitios no están tan cerca del hotel.

Pro: Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Super schnell mit dem Wassertaxi zu erreichen. Man hat alles in der Nähe und es ist ein bisschen ruhig abgelegen.

Contro: Leider war im Innenhof als auch vor der Tür eine Baustelle. Dementsprechend war die Lautstärke ein bisschen laut.

Tranquilo y bien situado

Pro: Apartamento amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Bien ubicado.

Contro: Hemos estado en agosto y hemos emcontrado bastantes mosquitos.. El sofá/cama no era muy cómodo.
