Pro: Posizione dell'appartamento, dimensioni, silenzio, ordine e pulizia, presenza di ogni elettrodomestico utile per un breve soggiorno, disponibilità del sig. Giulio nel venirci incontro negli orari di arrivo e partenza.

Contro: Dettagli minimi. Dotazione della cucina scarsa per quattro persone (italiane). Materasso un po’ scomodo.

Pro: Great and calm location. Very nice and helpful host. As the apartment was free before the check-in time, we could check in 2h before what we really appreciated.

Contro: Neighbor in front of the apartment as he don’t like when someone sits on the street - this is not forbidden. Additionally, there was a lot of humidity, which caused a slightly unpleasant smell in the apartment.

Pro: Spacious.The beds are very comfortable.Nice bathroom with good shower.And you can cook if you want to 🙂.

Contro: A little dark inside but that's normal for a ground floor.

Great location and accommodation for a relaxing stay.

Pro: Compact and accessible, but with plenty of space for the two of us, the apartment really suited us. Everything worked well. The area was quiet. Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to, including a good variety of local eateries. When we had difficulty trying to work out how to make the hob work, the owner responded very quickly to our message with the instructions we needed.

Contro: The lack of the kettle we had expected (from the description on the website) threw us a bit on the first night - but we did get used to heating our water for tea on the hob.

Pro: Rooms are more than adequately equipped, looked just as good as in the pictured and both the double beds are very comfortable. The appartement was clean and organised. What we liked the most in your stay are the booklets and guides in the living room that provided us info about the nearest supermarket, restaurants nearby, ACTV map, waste separation guide and also information about Venice's intriguing history and landmarks. The host Giulio was extremely helpful, flexible and answered all queries without much delay.

Contro: The kitchen lacked a Kettle and a Toaster. The appartement is a bit far from the Train station but since the fondamente Nove Vaperetto station is just 5 minutes walk away, it shouldn't be a problem reaching the appartement.
