Lovely flat with canal view near Rialto Bridge

Ottimo appartamento in un angolo incantevole di Cannaregio, pochissimo trafficato.

Pro: Mi ha particolarmente colpito l'incantevole balconcino sopra il canale, dove ogni giorno ho preso il mio caffè mattutino, mentre più avanti nel giorno gradivo le grida tradizionali dei gondolieri che passavano!

Pro: Appartamento perfetto, molto pulito e posizione strategica.

Pro: The view from the balcony is spectacular. It is a cozy and large cottage for 2 people, suitable for families with children.

Lovely apartment for a 2 day trip

Pro: The property was clean, and in a great location. The doors that opened up to the canal were a major plus, lovely to sit and have a coffee looking over the canal. The apartment was comfortable and everything we needed for a 2 day trip.

Affordably priced and well located apartment.

Pro: I was travelling with someone who has mobility challenges so the review is based from their experience. We had no issues as such with the apartment, the doors and spaces are wide enough to fit a wheelchair. The location itself is very close to vaporetto which made all key points very accessible. The apartment is right on the canal so we would watch the gondolas go by, was just such a Venice thing to experience. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Contro: The pull out bed was noisy and not very comfortable. There is a step to access the apartment door, then once inside, there is another step. The shower cabin is small and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues to move around. This is more for awareness rather than a negative point.

Pro: Great view into the canal, perfect location, clean calm spacious

Contro: The front door of the apartment was broken but the host resolved it fast enough

Pro: Right on canal with gondolas going by. Very spacious and comfortable. Quite central, could walk to most tourist places in 10-15minutes. There were a few minor things needing to be fixed and these were attended to very promptly.

Contro: Only very minor complaints. Size of TV in living room was tiny. No dishwasher but this was not really a big deal for us. Bed was very firm.
