Pro: The location is amazing. So close to the Rialto so excellent for transport and sightseeing. You can see the grand canal from the living room window. And despite the fish market being opposite it wasn't noisy. Plus there are some awesome restaurants, bars and shops very closely and a great square underneath the windows which is perfect for people watching.

Contro: A key safe would have been better than having to pay someone to meet you for a late arrival. And a sofa would have made the living you more comfy and homely. Thankfully we had fans but air conditioning would have been a welcome luxury.

Perfect hub to explore Venice

Pro: The location was perfect for exploring central Venice. Entry into the apartment was made very easy with updates via Whatsapp.

Contro: Everything was good

Beautiful apartment in great location

Pro: Location excellent, two bedroom with plenty of room and authentic to Venice and great view of fish market. I would stay here again, great value for the money .

Contro: Would be 10 out of 10 if had air conditioning. Was Abnormally hot during our visit and the first two nights slightly uncomfortable. Windows do have screens, some reviews say no, must have been added later. Slightly noisy at night with windows opened, but I enjoyed hearing the activities outside and people talking. If close windows, would be too hot.

Amazing stay in a beautiful city

Pro: Beautifully restored old apartment, fully equipped, in an excellent location, only a short walking distance to Vaporreto (2 minutes to Rialto Mercato stop), Rialto Bridge (5 minutes), and main attractions in the city (~ 15 minutes to San Marco Square). Lots of restaurants around and the fish market just across it, hence slightly noisy in the evening and early morning but we did not mind this. Paola is an excellent host.

Contro: Wifi connection was slow, as anywhere else indoors in Venice, so not really an issue

Pro: L'appartement est très bien situé face au marché aux poissons et très proche de la station du vaporetto Rialto mercato. Il est très confortable et parfaitement équipé. L'accueil à été un plus.

Contro: La présence d'un canapé serait appréciée.

Pro: Emplacement superbe Appartement bien rénové et équipé , avec une décoration de goût

Pro: emplacement en plein centre, à proximité de tout (20 mn maxi) appartement propre et spacieux accueil à l'arrivée

Contro: difficulté pour trouver l'appartement

Pro: Appartement très bien situé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout ce qu'il faut jusque dans le détail rien ne manque. Location très sérieuse et propriétaire prévenant qui vous contacte au préalable pour une bonne organisation. Je recommande vivement. Antoine Bourdet.

Pro: L'emplacement près du marché aux poissons. Très belle vue. L'appartement équipé dans les moindres détails.
