Pro: The place was upmarket..everthing was clean and neat..everything worked

Contro: The arrogance of the agent that brought the key..he was late and rude..think he did us a favour to give us the keys although it was arranged.

Comfortable and greatly located place :)

Pro: Prompt and easy communication with the guest. Walkable to the train station and a boat stop nearby.

Pro: Great location near the train station in a quiet residential area. They'd thought of everything in terms of facilities in the apartment. Very responsive host. Lovely big bedrooms. A perfect base for exploring Venice.

Pro: Lits extrêmement confortables, lieu calme, quartier authentique loin des foules de touristes. Sortez tôt le matin ou tard le soir et vous serez entourés de locaux.

Contro: Pas de balcon ou de lieu extérieur pour prendre un café le matin.

Pro: The host was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable and un good quiet location.

Clean, spacious apartment great for families looking to have an authentic stay in a residential neighborhood

Pro: Very clean, spacious for a family of 5. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry.

Contro: It’s ground floor which is great but there are no window guards, so kept the shutters closed most of the time when we slept and when we left the apartment. This apartment is in an authentic residential neighborhood which means the streets were deserted most of the time especially at night but we got used to it and learned to enjoy being away from crowds.

A really great place to stay, would definitely stay here again on a return trip!

Pro: The location was great, and this was the most comfortable and nicest place on our trip. Everything is clean and modern, the beds are luxuriously comfortable, and the wifi is perfect. I would definitely return here. This place is also so spacious, you can really spread out. The kitchen is very well equipped, like a real home. Btw, a tip- if you are walking with suitcases from the St Lucia train station, use Google Maps to pick the walking route that has just one water crossing, don't pick the quickest route. If arriving by bus, use the public transport option, not the walking option, in order to avoid the many steps on the bridges with your luggage.

Contro: The air conditioning unit is in one bedroom, so you have to keep the room door open in order to cool the rest of the place. Also, the trash disposal was very confusing. We were instructed to bring the trash to one of the trash boats on the last morning of our stay, but I couldn't find one when and where it was supposed to be, and people in the street told me it is only there very early.
