Venezia merita sempre e Cannaregio è un buon quartiere dove stare.
Pro: La posizione molto conveniente in quartiere tranquillo ma non isolato relativamente vicino ai punti di interesse ma al contempo non rovinato dai flussi turistici. Posizione tranquilla ed abbastanza silenziosa. Appartamento anche se al piano terra è stato appena rifatto e non ha un filo di umidità e dovrebbe resistere con il tempo per il soggiorno di una coppia va benissimo. Non è un appartamento dove uno può ospitare molte persone come invitati ma a posto che una triste camera di albergo sembra molto conveniente. Per chi non vuole l'anominità degli hotel che in posti così turistici può essere anche intollerabile.
Contro: L'appartamento si direbbe ottenuto da un sottoportico adattato ad appartamento quindi si esprime in lunghezza. Per un verso è ingegnoso ed in fondo una soluzione non stupida. Il difetto è che anche se avrebbe un locale tipo soggiorno sembra più un corridoio. Ma in fondo se uno è a Venezia perchè deve starsene in casa meglio. Per il resto è arredato bene ed è apprezzabile.

Excellent place to lay your head while exploring Venice
Pro: Clean and warm. Very close to 3 boat stops and lots of bars and restaurants. Bedroom good size, bed comfortable, shower fine. Quiet area away from tourist hot spots.
Contro: Living area is a narrow corridor with a sofa that needs some cushions!

Central Location
Pro: Good central location near the train station. Supermarket near by. Near to local water transport. The bedroom is at the back of the property, so we had no problem sleeping. The owner provided timely instructions, so we had no problem accessing the property. The owner was easy to contat via WhatsApp & booking app. It was nice to have an outside area in the city.

Absolutely perfect place for your stay in Venice!
Pro: Very easy self check in process. The accessibility to public transport is a major highlight. This property offers an unbeatable combination of convenience and charm, thanks to its proximity to not one, but two vaporetto stops. The apartment itself is modern, clean and has everything you need (such as hob, microwave, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi and AC etc). The bed was very comfortable and the place was very quiet at night. I absolutely loved it ❤️😊
Contro: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Excelente estadia em Veneza
Pro: Da cidade, da acomodação e de todo o conforto do apartamento. Ficamos perto de uma estação para utilizar os barcos como meio de transporte.
Contro: Tem uma série de restrições para o recolhimento e tratamento do lixo na cidade, o que é excelente, mas como são dias distintos de coleta, fica difícil para um visitante de curto período se adequar às regras. Mesmo com as explicações do anfitrião, tivemos que nos adequar.

Contro: стресс с выбросом мусора, это мне очень мешало расслабиться и было очень непонятно. мне очень это не понравилось до последнего дня я стресовала что б не получить потом какой нибудь штраф непонятно за что. это сильно меня расстроило (((

Pleasant and comfortable
Pro: Great location, fully equipped, and easy access. I must point out that the apartment had A/C, which allowed me to rest.
Contro: I believe that the responsibility for garbage should lie with the host, not the client; when someone goes on vacation, it's to relax and enjoy the place.

Alojamiento bonito y centrico
Pro: Esta muy bien ubicado, es bonito,con muchos detalles, cómodo, a pie de canal, cerca de dos paradas de vaporetto, caminando también llegas a los sitios principales, recomendable 100%.
Contro: No gustarme nada, por decir algo, que tiene ventana en el techo y entra luz pronto, acostumbrada a que en España tenemos persianas, me despertaba con la luz
