Pro: Posizione perfetta, vicinissima a Piazza San Marco. Appartamento pulito e ben arredato.

Contro: Forte odore di fogna dal bagno annesso alla camera da letto.

Ottma posizione, host disponibile e gentile, bagni scomodi

Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento accogliente e ben attrezzato. Negativo il rumore degli aspiratori delle canne fumarie dei ristoranti limitrofi ed i bagni un po’ scomodi

Posizione top e host super disponibile!

Pro: Posizione ottima, praticamente in piazza san Marco. Abbiamo visto Venezia girando sempre a piedi agevolmente. La casa è molto carina, rispecchia le foto. Il proprietario è molto disponibile, è intervenuto tempestivamente a seguito di una segnalazione per l'odore (sgradevole) di uno dei due bagni. Il problema non si è risolto del tutto, ma ho molto apprezzato l'intervento. Casa pulita e tutto sommato ha rispecchiato le aspettative.

Contro: Odore sgradevole in un bagno, ma il proprietario è intervenuto tempestivamente con un idraulico e ha parzialmente risolto il problema. Cuscini troppo sottili e letti un po' scomodi, nulla di gravissimo!

Excellent location for Venice. Spacious apartment.

Pro: Absolutely amazing location right next to Piazza San Marco and a short walk to the water taxi and Alilaguna. Location can’t be beat. Very helpful hosts with accessing the property after hours. Close to shops and restaurants. Only a short walk to anything you need.

Contro: Issues with the washing machine and plumbing. I alerted the host to this so I hope it will not be an issue for future guests. We used a local laundry service instead.

Perfect location in heart of San Marco

Pro: Perfect location, right in the heart of San Marco and close to the ferry stop! It made getting around very easy!

Contro: Mould in the shower and the aircon is extremely loud – we had to turn it off during the night as we couldn’t sleep with the noise.

Nice place at the heart of city

Pro: Spacious and clean. It was right at the Central Area. 2min walk from San Marco. There’s kitchen as well, very furnished.

Contro: While we were there, the house had a power failure and we had to call the property managers to resolve the issue. Not sure if that was normal. Otherwise everything was good

Nice apartament, very good location

Pro: Located in a very heart of the central area, you can reach everything very comfortably. The host was very welcoming, recommended some nice spots and things to do, regarding there was some city celebration taking place in the town. Apartament was very clean and cozy, comfortable for four people, white separate rooms and two bathrooms. Very recommended!
