Pro: Camere spaziose e bagno in camera funzionale. Cucina e soggiorno spaziosi e forniti. Posizione ottima per visite a Biennale e vicina al vaporetto.

Contro: Il top sarebbe avere anche le zanzariere

In a gorgeous part of the city, away from the crowds but only 15 min walk to all the action.

Pro: The 1st floor apartment was in a great location away from the crowds but still only a 15 min walk to the Rialto bridge, we chose it for the location and being a bit away from the madness. It was a stunning part of the city near the castle with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes / bakeries / mini mart & shops nearby. We felt very safe in the area. The apartment itself was perfectly fine, clean, well equipped and the internet was good. The main bedroom a little on the small side but both rooms had an ensuite which was great. Twin bedroom was large. Beds were comfy too. Lovely views of the canal and buildings. Its only a 5 min walk to the canal and lots more restaurants as well so overall great location if you don't want to be right in the thick of it. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Contro: Finding the apartment was quite hard. We followed the instructions and the pin that we were sent but it was not at the actual address but our host came and found us which was good or we could have been there all night! Not sure why its titled luxury because I would not say it was but that said it was very nice overall and would recommend it. Having to pay 50 euros as we arrived after 8pm which is a bit steep considering the host lived in the same building.

Pro: The apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. Valentina, who greeted us, was lovely and very helpful recommending restaurants in the area.

Pro: The apartment was in a perfect location for our purposes, away from the crowded center and near the main Biennale venues. The apartment was large and airy, the kitchen well equipped, and the air-conditioning coped well with the heat wave. Plenty of restaurants at a short walking distance and so were the Vaporetto stops.

Lovely apartment in a very nice part of Venice

Pro: Very nice apartment in a quieter part of Venice but still only 10 mins walk into St Marks. Comfy beds, flexible hosts and decent restaurants nearby.

Contro: Nothing of any note. Some coffee / tea / milk would be a nice touch but it wasn’t a big deal

Pro: The location was great (3-4min walk from Arsenale stop), there are supermarkets nearby (~5min walk), St. Mark's square is 10min away. There are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

Pro: My family and i stayed here for a long weekend and we were really happy with the whole experience. Valentina who met us and showed us the apartment also gave us some recommendations on where to eat and what to do, As the apartment was slightly away from the main square, it was nice and quiet and we never really heard any noise despite it being what seemed to be a busy weekend in Venice. We would happily revisit this apartment. Not related to this, but i would advise trying to arrange the jump the queue tickets for any attractions as early as possible before your visit as we didnt do this, so had to queue for the Basilica for quite a while.

Pro: great location didn’t feel like it was a touristy area bathroom for each bedroom Venetian character but modern facilities host met us at the ferry to show us to the apartment and let us in washing machine

Contro: could have been a few more basic cooking ingredients in the pantry - oil, salt etc no ironing board or iron

Lovely place in the center of Arsenale

Pro: Valentina was a extremely warm host and the house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms are very comfortable although could benefit of a little bit more storage space. The kitchen and bathrooms are very good as well. The location is good, a 10 minute walk to San Marco but definitely a good choice in a very calm area of the city with some good restaurants.

Contro: Everything was fine (: maybe a small rug on the bathrooms would be nice!

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe des Arsenale und ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Vaporetto Station Arsenale entfernt. Sie ist sehr stillvoll und wohnlich ausgestattet.. Die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war hervorragend. Ihre Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut. Bei Anfragen reagiert sie sehr zeitnah.

Contro: Uns fällt dazu nicht ein.
