Bellissima casa

Pro: Casa stupenda, riservata, accogliente. Quartiere tranquillo, ma in un ottimo posto

Contro: Wifi non funzionante, ma non ho insistito. Difficoltà gestione rifiuti perché non conosco la gestione a Venezia (ricevuto suono campanello alle 8:30 ogni mattino, credo per consegna sacchi immondizia)

Cosy

Pro: The Apartment was cosy and adequate for a 3 night stay.

Contro: The apartment was dark

Cozy, spacious and central stay in Venice

Pro: The apartment is in a good position, central but quiet, and has a lot of space for two people.

Contro: Some of the kitchen tools were old or not clean. It would have been nice to have a mop and a broom.

My Venice home

Pro: Perfect location with plenty of the most famous sights in walking distance. Nevertheless calm. Excellent restaurant in the same house. We had two separate bedrooms and more than enough space for common time. Rooftop Terrasse. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, safe. It was perfect.

Contro: Nothing. It was perfect uncomplicated and friendly housekeeper.

Pro: Location was superb, silvia was a great very responsive host who was able to sort our water taxibback to the airport at 3.30 am , truly helpful. Location is peaceful whilst easy to get about. Nearby restaurant very good too. Thank you

Big appartment, kitchen with all necessary equipment, cosy living room, huge bedroom upstairs

Pro: There is no breakfast. The location is queit and beautiful, easy to go around, very comfortable bed, very clean , close (3 minutes) to Arsenale water bus , right in front of a beatiful canal . In the appartment there are all necessary kitchen utensils, a washing machine, big bath .

Contro: Nothing. All was perfect

Lugar tranquilo

Pro: Lugar tranquilo en la plaza del Arsenale, cerca del centro andando a unos 15 minutos. Hay una parada de Vaporetto a pocos minutos \

Contro: Nada importante, por el.precio y zona no sé puede pedir más.

Goed verblijf op mooie rustige locatie!

Pro: Geweldige ligging aan rustig pleintje, mooi uitzicht op water en het Arsenaal, vlakbij park en supermarkt, binnen 10-15 min lopen op San Marco plein. Appartement met 2 verdiepingen, onderste verdieping slaapkamers en badkamer; bovenste verdieping woonkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken en patio. Fijn om deze ruimte te hebben na een dag wandelen in prachtige maar drukke stad!

Contro: Badkamer verouderd, voegen/kitranden niet schoon, zwakke douchestraal.

Pro: A 5´ à pied de l’Arsenale, quartier très calme et à 20’ de la place San Marco. La climatisation en bas et à l’étage est très appréciable en période de forte chaleur.
