Soluzione perfetta per due famiglie con bambini piccoli
Pro: appartamento perfetto per due famiglie. 2 camere da letto molto grandi, 2 bagni, una cucina dotata di tutto il necessario ed un bellissimo salone con affaccio sul canale. Posizione centralissima e strategica, supermercato ad 1 minuto di camminata.
Contro: Gli arredi della cucina sono un pò datati, ma comunque funzionali.

Extremely pleasant, very clean and easy to get to!
Pro: Great customer service, great location, really lovely communication and nice surprise of welcome gifts/food in the kitchen. Beautiful view from window.

Great place to stay! Would definitely come back next time I’m in Venice.
Pro: The rooms were spacious, and the beds were large enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a TV and a speaker, both easy to use. The living room was big enough to comfortably fit seven people, and there was a dining table as well. We all loved this place.
Contro: Nothing to complain about, really — but if I had to mention something, the only (very) minor issue was with the shower. It worked well overall, but at one point the water turned cold, probably because too many of us were taking showers back-to-back. It won't be a problem if you have fewer guests.

Perfect for our family of 7
Pro: We were a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children and Susanna’s apartment was perfect for our first visit to Venice. The location couldn’t have been better, tucked a street away from the hustle and bustle, walking distance to all the main attractions but neatly positioned if you want to go a bit more local and explore different areas. The space is huge, beds comfortable and a lovely traditional Italian kitchen which was well stocked. Susanna couldn’t have been more helpful with her pre-visit communication, we arrived in the dark in the pouring rain but it was very easy to find. Lots of fabulous restaurants nearby, co-op and coffee shops just around the corner and cute squares to grab an Aperol in the sun. We loved Venice, so did the kids so we’ll be back for sure.

A great accommodation for first time in Venice
Pro: The Location is Great. In the City Center but also in a quiet area.
Contro: Some closet would need some reparations. The furniture is beautiful but the closet in one room was hard to open

Wonderful location - comfortable apartment
Pro: Fantastic location. The host was very accommodating and let us in early as we arrived on the overnight train. She was very responsive to questions. Lots of space. Canal view. It is an old property which adds to its charm but don’t expect modern facilities. Air con in bedrooms was a wonderful relief from the heat but is noisy. Kitchen well equipped.
Contro: Nothing! Great authentic Venice property.

Venice was just great and made easier by having this great place to stay.
Pro: Great location, 5 min walk to San Silvestro vaperatto (water bus) and Coop supermarket was 2 min away. Property was large and roomy. Nice window seats overlooking one of the small canals. Self check-in was easy and instructions were simple. Directions provided to the property were easy to follow.
Contro: It was all good.
