Stunning apartment in Venice, perfect location.

Pro: The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated in a Venetian style. It was more than we expected. Extra touches such as breakfast supplies, a bottle to enjoy on our first night with potato chips. Lovely host to deal with who kindly allowed us in a little early.

Contro: That we couldn’t stay longer.

Pro: Really nicely furnished apartment near the centre and with great amenities located nearby. Nice restaurant also located just below the apartment which you will need to book if you want to visit but worth the visit. The apartment is very nice and very clean and also very quiet which is great. We loved it and will.be back.

Great spot in the heart of Venice

Pro: Met at the property and shown the apartment. Lovely and spacious, comfy bed. Prosecco and a Bellini in fridge, with crisps and breakfast items waiting for us too. Great spot for getting to everything in Venice. Gorgeous to look out into one of the waterways and see the gondolas passing by. Would recommend the restaurant 5 mins away - Hosteria Sant A’ponal. Delicious x

Contro: Air conditioning broke on our last evening so was quite warm. Shower is a bit tricky to operate, but otherwise a great stay!

Awesome and cozy stay in the old town

Pro: It is the perfect location in a bit calmer neighborhood, with plenty of nice cafes/restaurants nearby, many shops to buy souvenirs etc. The apartment has everything you might need including a washing machine/dishwasher and iron with an ironing desk. The ambient is cozy and the furniture/ paintings are well selected. The bathroom is spacy and also has everything you might wish for, including plenty of space. The wifi works well and the view on the canal in the back is awesome although you have to lean out quite a bit to enjoy it in full.

Contro: It's quite dark due to windows coming out into the internal patio or on the narrow canal, so even during a sunny day you might need/want to use lights, but the lighting system is well designed and you can adjust it in many ways to your taste and needs. The trash handling is a bit of a hassle since you need to drop it by yourself segregated by type on certain days etc. We love to walk so we don't mind but due to the apartment being on the other side of Canal Grande than the main attractions you need to walk around 20 minutes to get to the Doge's Palace or St. Mark Square, but hey, the city is so nice and that's what you got there for, so enjoy the way.

Contro: The info supplied for finding the property provided by Booking.com was very poor. Also no info was given as to what actual apartment to contact when we arrived. We had to ring all 6 door bells. However, the hostess was very helpful on the telephone.

Pro: The apartment is fantastic, very well located, fully equipped with high quality decor and furnitures and those extra little things, which can make your stay wonderfull. As a gift we also had a welcome drink and snacks. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a great location with an amazing host!

Pro: The apartment was amazing, it was bright and remarkably cool and beautifully furnished. We had everything that we needed and more including a welcome bottle of bubbles and snacks. We were met by Betty who explained everything to us and recommended local eateries. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was very peaceful. We will be back. Grazie Mille Carla!
