Cozy Studio with Canal View

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, posizione centrale per raggiungere il centro,zona molto tranquilla ma vicina a supermercato, bar e ristoranti. OTTIMO!!!

Pro: Great space and facilities, aswell as amazing location (in the centre of everything) I was also met by a lovely welcoming owner.

If we were to go back to Venice I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family this place is perfect

Pro: Very clean and very modern and stylish . Location was amazing right in the heart of Venice so peaceful at night with no noise at all the owners were very welcoming upon our arrival

Pro: The house was very today, amazing location away from the bustle of tourists. So lovely to see the gondola go past the window. The staff instructions were great, they helped me with airport information, and hired me a porter to get back to the airport boat. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, the bed was comfy, even left me a bottle of Prosecco and water in the fridge. I would love to come back here again

Great location - wonderful hosts with a nice and cozy stay.

Pro: The Cozy Studio was the perfect location - its was only a 4 minute walk from the water taxi and it was about 14 minute walk to St Mark's . It was nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pro: Location and space was excellent. Friendly staff and really helpful. Would stay again.

Contro: The locks on the doors are tricky and we wasted about an hour over two days just spending time trying to get in! The host was lovely and video called to help us in but it did let it down.

Great place to stay in Venice

Pro: Cristina was so nice and checked with us in every step. Gave us a lot of info about the city. Room was super nice and with canal view.

Perfect little apartment, close to everything but peaceful and comfortable

Pro: Loved this cute, comfortable, quiet little apartment. Pictures don't do it justice - the canal is right outside, you will see gondoliers floating past your window. Accommodation is compact but perfect for two and definitely didn't feel cramped. Everything was beautifully clean and we had absolutely everything we needed. Great comfy bed and good shower. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the main island and only a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, but tucked away down a quiet alleyway. The area has a great mix of tourists and locals and definitely felt less hectic than the main drag up near St Marks Square (which is only about 10 mins walk away). There's a little supermarket round the corner and excellent choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. Great Comms from the management and a warm welcome from Cristina, who met us from the vaporetto stop and was really generous with advice over WhatsApp to ensure that we really made the most of our stay.

Contro: Honestly the only tiny fault I can find is that the shelf by the bed was tiny and too small to hold bedside bits and bobs (book, glasses, glass of water etc). Other than that it was perfect!
