Pro: Lovely accommodation, beautiful furniture,and very well equipped.The peaceful area was perfect for us.

Contro: Problems with the bath,as we could only use it once,due to the plug being faulty.This was not fixed despite us informing the Agent.

A beautiful canal side property, stylishly decorated quiet area but close enough to everything you could want

Pro: Stylish and comfortable. Quiet area of the city but still close to some lovely restaurants and only a short walk from the major sights.

Perfect little gem of an apartment 💎

Pro: The owner was very nice and helpful, both prior to our stay and whilst we were in Venice. The apartment was just an absolute amazing find. We were there in January, so whilst cold outside it was nice and warm inside the apartment. The master bedroom was just gorgeous and a super comfortable bed. I loved laying in bed listening to the canal water lapping the outside of the apartment. Everything you needed in the kitchen and living room. Beautiful decoration honouring the history of the building. So many great little touches to help make our stay a great one.

Contro: There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this apartment.

Apartment on the canal close to everything

Pro: Llaria is a superb host. Super proactive, friendly and professional. The apartment is on the canal, 600 years old and 10 minutes stroll to St Marco Square. Lots of non touist restaurants within a 5 minute walk from a bistro to Michelin star.

Loved being inth ehart fo venice walking distanc to all the majo sites but just off the beate track

Pro: The atmosphere and being in the heart of Venice while being on the less commercial side.

First time visitors to Venice who got lucky w/ good spacious apartment in quiet but accessible area.

Pro: Hosts communication prior with ensuring options on both ferry / walking / water taxi options to accessing the property were provided with assistantance provided in booking water taxi. Quiet area with still a small canal past liviing and main bedroom area. Easy walk in to many areas with ferry options nearby if sought. Close to Arsenale area also. Small modern Italian restaurant on other side of canal within 25m of apartment that is recommended. Pictures of apartment are up to date.

Central located, amazing apt

Pro: Very quite area, very central to San Marco, Cadtello, Arsenale

Contro: I would advice host to put a small table outside with 1-2 chairs for smoking persons.

Lovely location and decor - better on a few practicalities would have made it wonderful.

Pro: Wonderful location - historic, quiet, convenient. Brilliantly arranged kitchen - I recommend opening every door and drawer in it on arrival to understand where everything is. Very clean. Photographs accurately describe the inventive and distinctive decor. No shortage of hot water. Powerful air conditioning to deal with humidity (there is a button on the remote control to switch off just the display to facilitate darkness for sleeping) Relevant guides and maps on shelves.

Contro: Mattress on main bed too soft for our backs. Bath plug (push type) did not hold water. Communication: 3 different names from 2 different 'phone numbers (and I now see that the reason for miscommunication on arrival was that they left off the last digit on the email from which I copied the number) Seem to have not yet worked out how to facilitate dealing with bags for guests leaving after lunch. \
