Great property in a good location. Ideal size and base for a family of 4 and great hosts.
Pro: We were met by the host, who kindly came to find us after our private boat dropped us off at a different point. She talked us through the property and area, offering additional help via whatsapp if needed during our stay. It was a great property for a family of 4 and in a good location.
Contro: A shame about the lift not working but it wasnt too much effort to get the cases up to the apartment. Also quite warm at night in the apartment - not wanting to open the windows due to mosquitoes and unable to put the air con on during April in Venice.

Fantastic apartment
Pro: Fantastic location. The apartment had everything you need, was comfortable and clean. The company were brilliant to deal with and went the extra mile in helping us be comfortable and happy in Venice.

Contro: the street where the entrance is was a bit shabby looking and its a small alley with no people, but thsts ok

Contro: El anuncio con respecto a los baños quizás es algo engañoso. Tiene dos baños, si, pero uno de ellos es un aseo sin ducha ni bañera

Pro: Martina se contacto con nosotros para coordinar el ingreso al departamento, fue súper atenta y pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones estaban en perfectas condiciones, todo super limpio y cómodo para que nuestra estadía fuera confortable, había ademas cafetera con capsulas y pava eléctrica. Las camas son cómodas, al igual que las almohadas. Dejamos el auto en las afueras de Venecia como nos indico Martina. El departamento está bien ubicado en el centro, a pesar de eso, no se escucharon ruidos en la habitación a la hora del descanso.Teniendo en cuenta que las instalaciones en Venecia suelen ser pequeñas, la dimensión del departamento estuvo muy bien, cómodo para nuestras necesidades.La estadía fue perfecta. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Great apartment in the heart of Venice
Pro: Perfect location close to Rialto and San Marco, but still quiet in the apartment. Very helpful staff who also took the time to provide much information when we arrived. Comfortable stay with all necessary amenities.

Sejurul a fost minunat
Pro: Locatia este minunata, in apropierea obiectivelor turistice. Chiar daca sunt doua tronsoane de trepte, am preferat sa urcam treptele, decat sa urcam cu liftul. Nu au fost inundatii in timpul sejurului. In lift era precizat ca nu se poate folosi filtul in timpul inundatiilor. Gunoiul menajer nu a fost o problema, l-am lasat in fata usii de la parter dimineata, inainte de plecare selectat si sortat dupa tabelul si recomandarile lasate. Duminica nu se ridica gunoiul, dar exista puncte unde se poate lasa sau se pot lasa 20 de euro in apartament pentru a fi luat de menajera. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este nevoie. Desi check inul se face la ora 15:00, ne-am intalnit la ora 10:00 am si am putut intra in apartament.
Contro: Ceva galagie pe strada principala in dormitorul principal pana pe la miezul noptii. Inchiderile usilor din apartament necesita o revizuire pentru ca fac zgomot..S-a intrerupt curentul o singura data, dar citind celelalte recenzii am cocoborat la parter si am ridicat clapeta pentru a avea din nou curent.
