Pro: Posizione perfetta, struttura pulita e completa di tutto, gentilezza del personale.

Contro: Leggermente fredda all’arrivo ma già alla sera si era riscaldata abbastanza bene.

Super Rialto!!!

Pro: Tutto perfetto! Consiglio vivamente! Comodo e vicino al mercato del pesce e ai bacari più tipici e buoni. Host gentilissimo!

Contro: Just be mindful of lots of steps up to apartment. Coffee facilities provided but no tea or milk which would have been nice.

Fantastic Stay Steps Away from Rialto

Pro: We couldn't have asked for a better home base. Being 5 minutes from Rialto and 10 from San Marco felt like having the best of Venice at our doorstep. The space was immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet, providing a serene escape from the city crowds. Everything functioned flawlessly, and Nicola’s hospitality was the cherry on top. A flawless experience from start to finish!

Contro: The only minor drawbacks are related to the charm of an old building. The narrow staircase to the top floor is a bit of a climb with big bags, and the internal layout includes stairs between bedrooms. We also noticed some squeaky doors and a typical canal-side scent on the narrow street outside. None of this was a dealbreaker, but just something for future travelers to be aware of.

Pro: The location, the roof terrasse, the early check in which was very convenient

Contro: No blanket available, had to use the bed cover instead.

Very conveniently located place, great for family which needs more bedrooms

Pro: The check-in was very convenient, everything smoothly negotiated over whatshapp. Similar with check-out. The best thing about the place is its location. Less than 5 minutes to the most frequently visited places. Additionally to all the restaurants and shops, there is a supermarket just down the street. I come to Venice regularly, this was among the most conveniently placed locations. We also really liked that there were two rooms with beds. Perfect when traveling with family. Nicely equipped kitchen and unusually large bathroom are a nice plus. So is the terrace - when the weather is good, it's a lovely place to get a coffee.

Contro: The beds could have been much more comfortable. I guess quite a few people slept in them and the mattresses were sagging a lot.

Really enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful and friendly,would recommend staying here.

Pro: The location was fantastic very central. Property had heaps of character and was well presented,although some people might find the stairs a bit tricky.

Pro: This is a great apartment for families or close friends. Location is great, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Venice but as it is located on a side street very quiet at night. All interesting places are within walking distance and if you have luggage it is easy to navigate from and to Rialto boat stop which is 5 mins away by walk. The Apartment has 2 levels with 1 bedroom and the bathroom on level 1 and 1 bedroom and the kitchen on level 2. There is also good size balcony on level 3 overlooking Venice rooftops. As it was winter, heating was on and it was nice and warm. There are air-conditioning units if you are visiting in the summer. Nicola is a great host and got in touch straight away to offer his help with advice what is the best way to arrive. He was waiting for us when we arrived to give us the key and show us around the apartment explaining how everything works. I will recommend this apartment strongly unless you have problems with climbing few steps.

Central Venice and very comfortable

Pro: Nicholas was very kind and attentive when we first arrived at the place of residence. He gave us a tour and showed us everything that we would need. The actual apartment was very comfortable and had all the essentials that we needed. It was in a very central part of Venice which meant that we could leave and be close to everything that we wanted to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future when we come to Venice again!

Contro: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
