Pro: apparentamento nuovo e molto comodo, Il servizio dello staff impeccabile

Contro: nessuna critica

Clean & comfortable apartment in an excellent location!

Pro: Excellent location in between Rialto & St Mark’s Square. Very comfortable beds, everything was clean and there was everything we needed. There is a lift to the upper floors which helped with suitcases and my elderly mother.

Contro: We got a bit lost trying to find it when getting off the water taxi so would have been helpful to receive the video of the location earlier than we did.

Pro: A beautiful clean apartment, very well located and quiet.

Contro: Nothing, all was perfect.

Excellent except for door situation.

Pro: Great location, clean, well equipped, great windows reduced sound.

Contro: The lock on the door to the building was broken so I order to leave the building a key was needed to leave. We had two sets of keys but only one set had a meet to unlock the door. It complicated leaving the building and waaaban unsafe situation if someone stayed in the apartment. Basically they would be trapped in the building in an emergency. We were told it would be fixed the next day but nothing had been done by the fifth day when we left. This apartment would have a higher rating except for this issue.

Pro: Het appartement ligt super centraal tussen Rialto (met veel restaurants en eetcafés) en het San Marco plein met zijn bezienswaardigheden. Er zijn twee ruime slaapkamers, een compacte leefruimte met goed geoutilleerde keuken en een grote badkamer. Ook de kleine lift werd gewaardeerd na een dg sightseeing.

Contro: De temperatuur bleef vrij hoog, zelfs met de airco aan (in oktober).

Pro: L’emplacement idéal L’accueil parfait Appartement très propre et fonctionnel

Es war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pro: Sehr gemütlich, sehr gut zentral gelegen. Großzügig für 3 Personen.

Contro: Kleinere Verbesserungen in der Küchen-Ausstattung wären gut (bessere Töpfe, Schneidebrett).

Pro: Logement très propre. Très bien situé. Merveilleux petit resto pour déjeuner et diner à 2 minutes FARINI Hôte très gentille et à organisée nos transferts en taxi bateau. Je recommande cet établissement!

Cómodo departamento en Venecia

Pro: Es un departamento perteneciente a una empresa. La ubicación es fantástica; cerca de varios puntos de interés, panaderías, restaurantes y de paradas de trasporte (vaporetto). El dpto está muy bien equipado (cocina, baño y habitaciones). Tiene tmb un ascensor (individual) que viene muy bien después de largas caminatas.

Contro: Los agentes de la empresa sólo hablan el inglés lo que implica que algunas personas pueden tener problemas para comunicarse. No nos resultó cómodo el proceso para depositar los residuos (los puntos de depósito quedaban a unas cuantas cuadras del departamento y dependiendo del día es el tipo de residuo a llevar (papel, plástico y orgánico)).

Great property with a great location.

Pro: Great location near water taxis and tons of restaurants and shops. Our plane was delayed and the hosts were very accommodating to get us into the property later than expected. A grocery store is very close for supplies. The A/C was great during a hot summer for American travelers.
