Nel cuore di Venezia ♥️
Pro: L'appartamento come ben visibile in foto è ben curato e confortevole. La posizione è centralissima e da aui abbiamo potuto visitare ciò che avevamo in programma. Abbiamo richiesto di poterci assistere al check-in poco oltre l'orario indicato delle 22.00 ed abbiamo ricevuto disponibilità e chiarezza per l'ingresso in struttura. Il prezzo per un fuori stagione a metà Novembre ci ha permesso di soggiornare con spazi e costi imbattibili nel cuore di Venezia. Da ritornarci 💪🏻😁

A Venezia per sposarci
Pro: La posizione comoda e centrale per raggiungere Rialto e San Marco. Le stanze sono ampie ed il letto matrimoniale è molto confortevole. Il bagno è spazioso e la cucina è ben attrezzata. Complessivamente l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Host sempre disponibile, preciso e puntuale nel dare informazioni.
Contro: La scarsa luminosità naturale dell'appartamento, collocato al primo piano in una zona molto densa. Le foto all'interno sono state scattate alle 9.00 di una bella mattina soleggiata. Peccato dover accendere le luci anche in pieno giorno. Con le luci accese però, l'illuminazione è perfetta. Venezia è anche così.

Bell' appartamento in ottima posizione
Pro: Appartamento molto accogliente e spazioso, dotato di tutto l' occorrente per cucinare. La posizione molto riservata è strategica perché equidistante da San Marco e dal Ponte di Rialto. Supermercato Despar vicinissimo ponte di Rialto. Adeguatamente riscaldato e tutto perfettamente funzionante. Ho apprezzato l' asciugacapelli dotato di diffusore, Materasso comodo e scala di accesso facilmente percorribile con valigie ingombranti. Host molto disponibile e scrupoloso nel fornire tutte le opportune informazioni.
Contro: Cuscini scomodi in camera da letto e conferimento rifiuti a circa 250 metri di distanza.

Excellent value, close to perfect for us.
Pro: Very central location, only a few steps from Rialto bridge and a five minutes walk to Piazza San Marco, so very central but quiet in a small side alley. Grocery Despar (open till 9 pm), boat stop, shops - all around the corner. Clean, well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful, sent all the information needed for check-in/out, handling garbage etc. per WhatsApp. A minor issue with heating was also solved per WhatsApp info. Electric power went out twice but with help of a tenant on a higher up apartment I got that solved - the fuse box is downstairs next to the entrance, I just had to turn on the switch.
Contro: It is true (as noted in an earlier comment) that the apartment doesn't get much daylight - but that's typical for Venice with its narrow alleys and comparable high buildings. Not a problem for us. Booking lists a balcony but I could not find one.

Pro: Very central location, clean and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpfull owner.
Contro: The only disadvantage is that, due to the location, the flat is quite dark.

Great place to stay
Pro: The property itself is exactly how is advertised! Pretty big very quiet and very central to the main attraction. Easy to reach front the train station with an easy 15mins walk

Lovely apartment
Pro: TWe loved our stay, the apartment was perfect for us as a couple and had everything we need. The location was just perfect, very close to Rialto Bridge and close to San Marco Square. Our host Alessandro was available via whatsap to answer all our questions.
Contro: Absolutely nothing.

Pro: Einfacher Check in. Gastgeber war selbst nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit erreichbar. Appartement mitten in der Stadt und alles super gut zu Fuß zu erreichen 😀 Ein muss, Cappuccino und die leckeren Süßspeisen. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch \
