Fantastico appartamento nel cuore di Venezia

Pro: Il proprietario, Edoardo, è stato gentilissimo ed accogliente. Fin da subito ci ha spiegato come arrivare all'appartamento. Il giorno del nostro arrivo, nonostante l'arrivo tardi la notte, è venuto a prenderci al vaporetto. Dopodiché è sempre stato disponibile per assicurarsi che la nostra permanenza fosse perfetta. L'appartamento è situato benissimo, a 5 minuti da San Marco e da Rialto. Rinnovato di recente, pulito, abbastanza spazioso e ben riscaldato. Il bagno, completamente rifatto, è magnifico. Il letto è comodo anche se un po' duro (ma questo dipende dai gusti personali).

Contro: L'unico dettaglio che si potrebbe menzionare è che non ci fosse il sale in cucina :)

Pro: A nery nice and big house, in a very nice place, 3 minutes far from Rialto bridge and 4 minutes far for San Marco. The owner is very helpfull, hecan suggest and help you in many things.

Pro: Le propriétaire a été très disponible et adorable ! Très bien placé ! Tous est proximité ! Je recommande et surtout la disponibilité de l hôte

Pro: Edoardo was such a kind host to meet us at the water bus stop to show us to our property. Great at communication, the apartment was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect!

The central location and a kind and communicative host made our first stay in Venice a lovely one!

Pro: Our host Edoardo was kind enough to meet us at the water bus stop at the Rialto bridge to guide us to the apartment and help my Mom with her luggage. (She was very appreciative!) And it really helped us to be led to the apartment, since we had just landed on our first time to Italy and might not have been able to navigate to it very easily on our own. The location is fantastic right between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. So it is a little crowded during the day and not exactly quiet at night, but the energy of the city is infectious. A gondola stop is right down the canal and the bridges below the windows are so picturesque. The apartment is very clean and the bathroom is brand-new, not something you can get everywhere in Venice!

Contro: One night the shower drain overflowed, since it didn't drain very well with the anti-slip mat on top of it. Once we moved that we didn't have any issues. I also found the bed to be very firm. Since I prefer softer ones, it wasn't very comfortable for me. But all of the beds in our 4 Italian accommodations were firmer than I personally like.

Estancia perfecta en Venecia

Pro: La amabilidad de Edoardo y de su padre Bruno, que vino a recogernos a la parada del vaporetto. El apartamento está recién reformado, la cama es muy cómoda y en el baño la ducha tiene efecto lluvia. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, muy cerca del Puente de Rialto y de la Plaza de San Marcos, en una zona cercana a supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de interés.

Contro: Que la calle estuviera tan transitada hasta bastante tarde. Las tazas del desayuno son algo pequeñas. Por lo demás todo bien

Pro: L’hôte est super gentil et accueillant. L’appartement est top. Je recommande 😍😍😍
