SAN MARCO3 Apartment

Pro: L’alloggio di Betty e Camilla è molto ben posizionato e centralissimo per visitare le maggiori attrazioni di Venezia. L’appartamento è molto grande e ben curato e Camilla, che abbiamo incontrato alla consegna delle chiavi, è stata molto simpatica e disponibile, fornendoci anche una mini guida su cosa fare e dove mangiare a Venezia.

Pro: Cómodo , centralissimo , arredato con gusto e con il plus dell’ascensore . Camilla é stata una anfitriona eccezionale, con numerosi dettagli che hanno fatto della nostra vacanza una esperienza indimenticabile.

Had a wonderful stay, host was great, great communication which made finding the property easy.

Pro: Location and decor in apartment was lovely, balcony was great as well.

Contro: Says 2 bedrooms but bedrooms are joined and you have to go through one of the bedrooms to get into the rest of the apartment, great for a couple but not if you want 2 rooms with some privacy.

A very pleasant escape from the maddening crowds

Pro: San Marco 3 was a very comfortable apartment. Betty was an absolute delight and was very helpful. The lovely treats she provided were most appreciated. The beds were good and the bed linens of a good quality

Contro: The water pressure was very low however I guess this has to be expected in an old building. Sometimes it was a little difficult to open the locks even when I was using the correct keys

Pro: Ideal location in the heart of Venice. HOsts were great , meeting us at the apartment and providing recommendations for eating out.

A perfect location for our stay in Venice. The hosts were amazing.

Pro: Host was at the property to meet us. Great communication on how to get there. Very clean, comfortable and modern with everything that we needed. No washing machine but a laundromat was located nearby. In a great location near to restaurants, shops and an easy walk to the Grand Canal for transport.

Lovely comfortable apartment with very peaceful balcony

Pro: The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a lovely welcome by the host. Although the apartment is in a busy area it was very quiet inside and the balcony was a peaceful retreat with no noise from the street below. The lift was very welcome with luggage.

Perfect Stay in Venice

Pro: Lovely, very clean apartment in a perfect central location — ideal for exploring the city. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Pro: Easy to find, easy to self check-in and get keys, easy and prompt communication with host, great location, beautiful and comfortable apartment.

Contro: Another set of keys would have been handy but I believe the previous guest didn’t return a set, not a deal breaker.
