Roomy and quiet in Castello area
Pro: Excellent location quiet area but near centre and facilities. Nice roomy two stories. Outlook onto to square and canal.and close to Vaparetto stop
Contro: There is only ever one problem in Venice too many tourists like us.And the cheek of the Venetians to build streets and canals that are so beautiful but you get lost easily!!!

A very comfortable stay. House is very well situated and in a nice neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again!
Pro: Located in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle & bustle of tourists but close enough to get to all the sites, plus nice bars and shops for essentials close by. Cute little square with a canal running through. Felt safe & secure. Well stocked with implements for cooking, as well as basic food items like salt, pepper, oils etc. Even some coffee! I always like to see things left by previous guests being put to use rather than thrown away. Weather was inclement while we visited so we used the heating to dry out and warm up, which was very efficient. Really great hosts who kept in contact via messages before and during our stay and recommended lots of nice restaurants and closest shop, also made checking in and out very easy with lots of instructions and information!
Contro: Was a bit noisy in the mornings in the front bedroom when rubbish/recycling was being set out. Bells also chime from around 7am. With windows open you hear everything, so if you are not an early riser you would be better at the back of the property. Slightly smelly in downstairs bathroom but smell did not travel upstairs at all. TVs in front bedroom and living area didn’t seem to work very well (not a problem, we weren’t there to watch TV!)

Pro: The location was prefekt. It was close to the city center.
Contro: Unfortunately there is something wrong with the air conditioning. On the first day it didn't work,so the temperature upstairs was 28*, so it was hot like outside. At one night it starts to work, but in the morning the ceiling above the stairs was wet and the whole carpet too. I wrote to message to the person, whi was an „assistent”, but he can not help. As he said „he is only key holder”. Admistration wrote me on booking to empty container under airconditoner, Włoch collection water. Particullary it was empty bottle after mineral water. Nevertheless upstairs was very hot and we can not sleep well.

A piece of real Venice
Pro: The property is a two-floor apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and two fully equipped bathrooms (one on the ground floor, one on the second floor). We were five people, so that was really helpful. The area around the apartment is really quiet, but we had to keep the windows open during the night because the AC wasn't working (which we were duly notified about), so there was some disturbance in the morning (the garbage collector, the church bell). All in all, though, our stay was very pleasant - there was a shop nearby and there was everything we needed in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil). We could really feel the real Venice!

Bien situado y zona tranquila
Pro: Bien situado, zona tranquila, todo limpio y amplio.
Contro: Las escaleras que van del primero al segundo piso hacen ruido al pisar por lo que por la noche es complicado no despertar a nadie si las utilizas y había muchos mosquitos pero eso ya no es culpa del alojamiento. Lo demás todo muy bien.

Pro: Estaba muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de una parada de vaporetto y a 15 minutos del centro.
Contro: La casa son tres plantas. En la planta de abajo está la entrada y un baño, la planta 1 está la cocina, comedor y sofa cama y en la 2 planta, las dos habitaciones y un baño. Me hubiera gustado saber esto antes de ir. Si duermes en el sofa cama es un rollo subir y bajar del baño. No nos dejó ninguna facilidad para dejar las maletas. Tuvimos que dejar la casa a las 11 y nos dijo que no había posibilidad de dejar las maletas, tampoco nos explicó que las podíamos dejar en un locker que hay por la ciudad, en esto se podría mejorar.

Przemiłe mieszkanie w cichej lokalizacji
Pro: Piękne mieszkanie w cichej części Wenecji wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. W okolicy znajduje się mnóstwo knajpek, stacja tramwaju wodnego, do Placu Świętego Marka można dostać się spacerem w 15-20 minut. Bardzo polecam:)
