Pro: The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very cosy, well equipped, very quiet. Close to supermarket and vegetable/fruit shop. Close to vaporetto stations. Walking distance to all main attractions. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Nous reviendrons pour la beauté exceptionnelle de cette ville et pour ensuite visiter à nouveau BURA

Pro: Proche des 3 quartiers clés San Marc, Rialto et Cannaregio et le tout à pied en 15 minutes. Il manque une machine nespresso pour les amateurs de café mais il y a une machine à filtre/une petite cafetière italienne.... Epicerie COOP à 150 mètres et primeurs à 100 m plein de cafés/ restaurants et attention à tous les restos piéges à torusites de Venise. Pour bien manger et de façon abordable, choisir le quartier Cannaregio à 15 minutes à pied . RAS sur l'appartement : enlevement d'ordures les lundi mercredi et vendredi en laissant le sac de poubelles dans l'entrée entre 0630 et 0830 du matin ou système de bateau ramassage à moins de 200 mètres. On reviendra et appartement très bien chauffée avec terrasse que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser (séjour hivernal)

Contro: Venise est devenue une ville piège à touristes et beaucoup d'arnaques que ce soit Get your guide ou les circuuts touristiqies Basilique St Marc.Le seul billet qui valaut la peine etait la visite du Palazzo Ducale et accés aux 3 autres musées de la place St Marc

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, in einer wunderschönen Stadt!

Pro: Hervorragende Lage (sehr zentral), unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung. Nochmals vielen Dank an Anna, die uns bestens betreut hat, wenn wir Fragen, oder sonstige Anliegen hatten. Sehr erfreulich war der großzügige Balkon, auf dem man herrlich frühstücken konnte und man den Abend - nach erkunden der wunderschönen Stadt - noch entspannt ausklingen lassen konnte, weil es dort sehr ruhig war. Meine beiden Töchter, meine Mama (im stolzen Alter von 85 Jahren) und ich, haben die Tage in Venedig sehr genossen! Wir können dieses Appartement wirklich weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Apartment in Venedig!

Pro: Unglaublich gute Einführung! Wir wurden sogar vom Anlegepunkt zur Wohnung geführt! Alles wurde sehr sorgfältig erklärt, inclusive Ausgehtipps! Vielen Dank! Irgendwo im Hinterhof liegt das Apartment, absolut ruhig! Praktische Aufteilung der kleinen Wohnung. Super sauber! Alles funktioniert. In unmittelbarer Reichweite: Obst/Gemüse-Stand, Supermarkt, Weinlokale, Restaurants… . Wir kommen wieder!
