It’s a perfect place to stay in Venice
Pro: It’s a perfect place to stay and relax. The garden is heaven in Venice

Great apartment close to amenities with wonderful garden
Pro: Location is perfect! Very quiet area with large coop supermarket around the corner and bars and restaurants nearby. Just 300m to water bus stop. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen has everything to cook a meal and there is plenty of dining space. Bathroom is large with great shower! Best of all, is the beautiful, enclosed garden at the back of the building offering a tranquil place to relax at the end of the day! We loved this apartment and would definitely book again if we return to Venice.
Contro: Only recommendation would be a holder in the shower for shampoos, etc.

Perfect
Pro: Great location, in a quiet (which is a plus for Venice) and beautiful area, close to the main attractions, very comfy and beautiful house. Francesco was kind enough to meet us at a time that was more convenient for us. Definitely recommended!

It was a lovely location and a very pleasant clean apartment.
Pro: It was in a quiet area but within easy Ealing distance of all The busy tourist areas. Also it was nice to have our own private garden.
Contro: One very small sofa so not suitable for more than two people.

Brilliant!
Pro: Location is absolutely perfect, 10 minutes walking to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Quiet area but still only 5 minutes walking to a vegetable stall, delicatessen shop, fishmonger and coop, lovely little squares in the area with fantastic restaurants. The apartment itself is great with its own garden.
Contro: What’s mentioned below are really minor things to mention because the apartment is great! - beds not the most comfortable - no wine or champagne glasses

Excellent base to explore Venice, Murano and Burano
Pro: This apartment is an excellent base to spend a few days in Venice, particularly if you are travelling with kids. It is just a few steps away from Fondamente Nove (very convenient if you are coming from the airport with Alilaguna, plan to visit Murano and Burano or simply want to walk around Rialto and Cannaregio). The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the beds comfortable. You even have your own (small) private garden in Venice! What a luxury! There is also a supermarket conveniently located 5 minutes away and plenty of restaurants around.

Perfect oasis in a busy city!
Pro: Spacious, very clean, and great modern bathroom and flooring. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, beautiful decoration and very thoughtful design. The garden was a wonderful bonus, so rare to have this extra space. The children loved searching for lizards out there! It was perfect to have 2 separate bedrooms, both with lots of space as well as the kitchen/ living area. It was perfect for our family of 4 to relax and unwind.
Contro: There is nothing bad to say about the accommodation at all! Before arrival, the host kept messaging us about the arrival times. Even after agreeing on the time and place, they kept sending quite stressful messages, getting confused that they had already agreed on arrival details with us. On departure day, we were told the cleaners would arrive at 09.30, so it was a stressful morning to be up, packed, and out so early. Normal checkouts are 11.00 at the earliest. This would have been much more pleasant for our departure.
