Pro: La posizione e la cordialità dell'host. È un appartamentino molto intimo ma fornito di tutto.

Contro: Il soppalco è difficilmente praticabile, porterei giù la TV.

It is not very spacious but logistically excellent.

Pro: Excellent location, next to the water bus stop (S. Toma). Walking distance from the main railway (Santa Lucia) and bus station (Piazzale Roma). Clean and friendly neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants around.

Contro: Bathroom could have been more spacious.

AMAZING

Pro: Home location is fantastic.close to many interesting place in Venice and bare bones in a quiet place.small but clean.friendly for stay and full of household products. The most important is that You can count upon for any help.information and contact with person responsible for home. Thanks Luca for Your professional work Paul

Contro: I don't have any attention

Pro: The location is great and the private courtyard an asset.

Contro: The apartment is tiny. As it is on the ground floor it can be a bit damp when the weather is not that nice.

A nice, central, small apartment - Value for money

Pro: The apartment was small but cozy, in very good conditions and in excellent location, only 3 minutes walk for catching the vaporetto, restaurants and coffee shop around, 10 to 15 min walk from Venice best places. It was very clean and it has everything (for cooking and washing, wifi, TV etc) and a small patio as well. It is value for money!!! Finally, the person who gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful and provided useful information for getting around for our 3 days trip. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Venice.

Contro: The bathroom is very small, however very clean. No more comments.

Pro: Apartamento estilo love , muy acogedor , bien distribuido y bien equipado donde hemos estado mi pareja y yo muy cómodos, en una parte de Venecia muy tranquila pero a su vez muy cerca de los puntos turísticos. A 2 min de una tienda y 3 min. De la parada de vaporeto s.tome y una parada de góndolas. La atención de los propietarios fue súper buena , haciéndonos muy facil y feliz nuestra estancia. La recomiendo 100%

Pro: Дуже мила та затишна кімната з чудовим внутрішнім двориком. Приклад, як невеликій території можна влаштувати усе необхідне для подорожуючого! Розташування просто в центрі міста, де недалеко і до вокзалу і до відомих пам'яток! В номері є усе необхідне, внутрішній двір прекрасний, вранці мило співають птахи), приємне спілкування з господарем. Раджу для поселення!

Contro: Усе сподобалося, хіба що в під'їзді потрібне світло, але то таке...

Super Lage

Pro: Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist für alles gesorgt.

Contro: Relativ teuer. Ein Paar Mücken (Mückenschutz ist in der Wohnung vorhanden)
