Pro: La struttura è in una posizione ottima, la casa è molto accogliente e accessoriata con tutto il necessario. Lo spazio all’aperto è stata una splendida sorpresa.

Pro: Casa molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ampia metratura, arredamento moderno e 3 camere da letto spaziose. Carino lo sfogo esterno bagni nuovi. Posizione ottima. Ottima comunicazione e grande gentilezza dell’host . Non ci è mancato nulla.

Contro: Non cambierei nulla del mio soggiorno, forse valuterei di mettere una tenda nella camera da letto vicino la porta d’ingresso. Al mattino entra un po di luce

Pro: casa con cortile privato dove si è potuto trascorrere momenti tranquilli con tutta la famiglia

Amazing location and stay in the heart of Venice.. walkable from all the points and very safe at night

Pro: We had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Venice. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything nearby. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They listened to everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Everything was well arranged and we honestly have nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our time so much that we are already planning to come back every year. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location and great size apartment

Pro: Monica the host was amazing and helpful, and the location was superb

Contro: Awful smell in the shower room and only 2 bedrooms available on arrival, due to only being 4 people, advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment

Pro: It’s in the perfect location. Lovely and very lively area with full of restaurants, cafes, shopping and attractions nearby. Maria(the owner) is wonderful. She answered all my calls, helped quickly when needed with WiFi and the front door. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Pro: Our caretaker Monica was waiting for us at the apartment and she was very helpful in showing all the facilities in the property. The apartment is just 12 minutes walk from St.Lucia station with many restaurant's, bars, supermarkets and scenic locations nearby. I stayed there with my family and 3-kids there for 3 days and it was very a nice experience. Specially the location of the house is very convenient.

Pro: 7 tagú családdal voltunk. A lakás nagyon kényelmes volt számunkra. Jó, hogy volt udvar is, lehetett kint is ülni. Kedves dolog, hogy a konyha a főzeshez szükséges alapvető anyagokkal (olaj, fűszerek..) ; kávéval, teával, kakaóval is el van látva. Ugyanúgy pipereholmik is találhatóak a fürdőkben. Segítség volt, hogy a csomagjainkat kijelentkezés utan is otthagyhattuk. A kulcshoz könnyű volt hozzajutni. Monica nagyon kedves, részletesen leírt mindent, és hamar válaszolt a kérdéseinkre . Kiváló az apartman elhelyezkedése is. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!

Pro: Прекрасні аппартаменти в зручному місці. Все чудово організовано, є все необхідне. Вдячні Моніці за привітність і швидку допомогу у вирішенні всіх питань.

Plenty of space for our group of 6 in a great location.

Pro: Spacious apartment with plenty of beds and a courtyard down a cute alley way.

Contro: Linens have an older, musty smell. Front bedroom is noisy from night time foot traffic.
