Ottimo appartamento in Venezia

Pro: La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale a tutte le zone principali da visitare. Marco il proprietario è stato molto gentile nel fornirci cartine e suggerendo ristoranti dove poter mangiare bene.L’appartamento è stile moderno arredato con gusto e molto silenzioso.

Pro: Struttura nuova, rifiniture curate e tanti dettagli di gusto

Contro: Tutto perfetto solo un po’ difficile da trovare

Venice is wonderful by definition but complimented with such a wonderful apartment made it unmemorable

Pro: Perfect in all respects even for very demanding travelers as we are as family 🥰 it’s being looked after with maticular care and attention. We felt welcomed at all times by the property and the owner Highly recommended especially for four adults . My wife and I we shared one side ( very private ) and our two sons 21 and 24 shared the other bedroom within the same apartment with a common kitchen.. amazing overall and made our trip to Venice even more memorable and valuable

Delightful, helpful host, clean and convenient, quiet and peaceful

Pro: Very convenient and good for two colleagues as two independent suites

Contro: Very little common space . No hanging space for dresses, which was strange , as there is a lot of closet space - none of which is right size for dresses , so I had to hang mine in bathroom . It would be very easy to add hooks or rails where women can hang dresses . Also need more shower gel and soap for longer stays . And face cloths would be helpful.

Perfect for families and couples

Pro: We were warmly welcomed by Marco, the apartment is small but immaculate and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, Marco lives in the downstairs apartment and is on hand anytime. Communication from the start of our booking until the end of our trip has been exceptional.

Spotless Place in Venice with a great host

Pro: Everything great! Apartment was spotless, very clean! He provides amenities, Nespresso coffee, water, and kitchen is fully equipped. Location is convenient because you are close (10-15 minute walk) to main attractions but in a peaceful place. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a mini market (3 minutes away). Also, you are 3 minutes away from the dock where you can get the taxi boats and Vaporetto. Host is very kind, and friendly; and communication was easy. He kindly helped us arranging a taxi for our departure because there was a main event at the grand canal and it was closed.

Fantastic Apt in Venice

Pro: Everything. Marco was fantastic from beginning to end... Apt was awesome nothing was missing everything was thought out in putting this apt together. If in Venice a must stay.... 10 out of 10....

Pro: Very clean Near to Rialto bridge ( 10 m. by walking ) Near to railway station ( 20 min. by walking or you can use boat from Santa Lucia railway station to San Toma) Marko is helpful Kitchen equipment is efficient Very quiet Many caffes and restaurants around

Pro: Good , quiet location, very clean, code entrance in the building and the apartment. Host Marco is quickly available, helpful and ready to answer all your questions- and with tips for restaurants , taxis etc
