Ottimo soggiorno.

Pro: La posizione ottima, molto tranquilla. La proprietaria molto gentile ci aiutato comprando delle cose x noi. Alloggio pulitissimo con letti comodissimi.

Contro: Niente

Indirizzo perfetto fuori dalla rotta turistica. Ampiamente raccomandato

Pro: Spaziosa e accogliente. Pulitissima. Ottimo materasso (si dorme benissimo).

Nice Venetian pad

Pro: It was really spacious and warm and we had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy. Ivana was excellent at communicating and even met us off the water bus. The water buses are very handily located. It is only a short walk to the main sights. Marvellous place to stay.

A lovely quiet part of Venice,very safe at night ,25 minute walk to St Marks square.

Pro: Ivanna the owner met us when we arrived in Venice and walked us to the apartment a very nice personal touch.Any questions I asked before arriving she answered promptly.Very roomy and clean apartment ,beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful stay in a lovely property.

Pro: The apartment was large, spotlessly clean, well equipped and had good facilities - hairdryer, coffee maker (espresso) and kitchenware including kettle and microwave. The beds were very comfy, lovely decor. Ivana our host was so kind and helpful and let us book in early to leave our luggage and have a later check out. Excellent location right beside Fondamente Nove for the water transport and easy for airport links. I absolutely recommend and hope to return one day.

Contro: The only very slight drawback is that as a ground floor property you hear people walking and talking as they pass in the lane beside the apartment, which, if you are a light sleeper, may be a consideration for you.

Pro: The place is calm and really near from Fondamente Nove, Vaporetto station, meaning we can go almost every places around Venezia. Host is so kind and we had had no troubles during our stay. If you travel with suitcase and child, here is quite good choice.

Pro: Our host was wonderful and very helpful! The location was amazing, as one can walk from it to pretty much anywhere (as we did) or take the vaporetto which is 1 minute away. Taking a trip to Burano is also very easy from here. It is also worth mentioning that the neighbourhood is very relaxed during the night and also not noisy at all during the day. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Pro: Great Location, friendly host and enough facilities

Contro: Ground floor means no view, but for the price its understandable
