Pro: La pozicione mel Campo St Stefano vicina alla Academia

Pro: Grazioso appartamento ubicato in Campo Santo Stefano, ovvero in zona strategica di Venezia centro. Bello, comodo, confortevole, dotato di tutto quanto necessario per una vacanza in coppia o in famiglia. A 15 minuti dal ponte di Rialto, 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco, accanto al ponte dell'Accademia (dove c'è anche una fermata del vaporetto), servizio gondole letteralmente sotto casa. A Campo Santo Stefano, oltre agli uffici Ve.Ni.Ce, ci sono almeno sei bar dove poter fare colazione al mattino (consiglio Le Café), ed almeno due ristoranti. Al mattino sei risvegliato dalla musica proveniente dall'adiacente Conservatorio. Per finire, la Sig.ra Isabella - oltre ad essere molto gentile, simpatica e disponibile - ci ha dato molti consigli utili e pratici. Come, per esempio, scaricare l'utilissima app Che Bateo per districarsi tra le varie linee di vaporetto di Venezia e dintorni. Appartamento assolutamente da raccomandare!

Great location near major sights

Pro: What we liked most about the property was its excellent location. It’s just a 1-minute walk to the Academia Bridge and within easy reach of Rialto. Perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

Contro: A small minus was that on the first day we had some trouble with hot water and heating, but it was resolved the next day.

Good. I would recommend the flat to others

Pro: Had everything we could need except an ironing board.

Contro: Fine over all. We stayed for two weeks so a second lot of towels would have been nice.

Exceptional location and apartment. Some small warnings for North Americans

Pro: The location was exceptional. Close to everything but very quiet. The apartment was large and comfortable. 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 single), living room, full kitchen and a bathroom Ground, no stairs. Our check-in was easy, We went to office close by. Great communication through What's app. Good WIFI. Grocery Store 10 minutes walking.

Contro: This might be a culture shock between Europe and North America and not specific to this place but wanted to mention it. - In the description, it mentions that the place has air conditioning. It is technically true. There is one AC unit in the living room and a fan in each of the bedroom. But, it was very hot in the apartment and we had issues sleeping because of the heat. At night, we tried to open the windows to let the fresh air in but there was no \

Ein schönes Appartement in bester Lage

Pro: sehr zentrale Lage an einem wunderschönen Platz mit Restaurants und Cafes, trotzdem nicht laut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, außerdem befinden sich verschiedene Vaporettostationen in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß genug für drei Personen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Nachfragen wurden umgehend und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Auch die Begrüßung beim Ankommen war sehr herzlich. Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Contro: Ein kleiner Tisch vor oder neben dem Sofa hat uns gefehlt. Die Kaffeemaschine konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da keine Filtertüten da waren und es auch keine zu kaufen gab (zumindest haben wir keine gefunden). Die Gondoliere im kleinen Kanal direkt vor der Haustür haben relativ viel Lärm gemacht. Aber das waren wirklich alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die unseren Urlaub nicht sehr gestört haben.

Très bon séjour, appartement confortable et idéalement situé

Pro: L'appartement est très agréable, joli et confortable, au rez-de-chaussée sur un petit canal et ses gondoles. Il est extrêmement bien situé pour aller dans tous les quartiers de Venise. La place santo Stefano est très vivante avec ses cafés et restaurants. Notre séjour était fin mars et nous avons beaucoup apprécié que le chauffage fonctionne bien ( ce qui est plutôt rare en Italie !!!). Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement.

Fantastisch!

Pro: De locatie is fantastisch! Net uit het drukke gedeelte, 5 stappen van een gezellig plein met goede restaurants, op heel korte afstand van een van de bruggen over de Grand Canal naar een wat meer rustigere maar heel leuke/gezellige buurt en zelfs aan een klein kanaaltje met een gondel recht voor de voordeur.

Contro: De douche kan een goede schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken, verder erg netjes en schoon.

Ruhiges, geräumiges Appartment in toller Lage, aber etwas teuer.

Pro: Das Appartement liegt sehr gut an der Piazza San Stefano und damit sehr zentral mit Restaurants zum Frühstücken und Abendessen in allen Preisklassen. Vaporetto Linie 2 um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist ruhig, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das dritte Bett ist recht schmal aber ok.

Contro: Leider ist die Angabe „Klimaanlage“ etwas irreführend, denn die Räume sind nicht klimatisiert, sondern im größten Raum (nicht in den Schlafräumen) befindet sich eine mobile Klimaanlage, die die anderen Räume kaum kühlt. Sollte man beachten, wenn man im Sommer dort ist. Auch ist das Appartement etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Putz blättert an einigen Stellen von den Wänden und die eine oder andere Sache müsste repariert werden (haben wir gemeldet).
