Appartamento finemente ammobiliato, in posizione strategica che permette di vivere la città appieno.

Pro: la posizione perfetta. dotazione completa e arredamento curato.

Contro: nessuna nota negativa.

Family break in Venice

Pro: Location is brilliant, so close to the main square. The apartment is very spacious, was really good value for money, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Contro: Mosquitoes in the room, needs mosquito repellents

Great apartment in Venice

Pro: Marco was a great host, very accommodating and kindly assisted with some extra requests as we were arriving at midnight. The apartment had everything you might need for a short stay. The location was great and Marco was great to communicate with - all in all, we had a lovely stay in Venice.

Great accomodation at a fair price

Pro: Spacious apartment in great location (very central, but still quite hidden). All necessary equipment available. Great host, available and very responsive.

Contro: Probably it is the case for majority of the apartments, but the insulation was rather poor. You could hear all the noises from outside.

All in all we had a beautiful stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends.

Pro: The accomodation was very central to the main attractions and beautiful restaurants/cafes all with in a short walk. The accomodation was very spacious and had a homely feel.

Contro: The only down fall to this apartment was that the blankets on the bed were very thin also the mattress is very worn and slanted inwards. The floors also needed a very good vacuum as they were dusty.

Perfect location, cozy apartment

Pro: We loved coming every evening after visiting all amazing places around Venice. We felt so cosy in the apartment. There was everything We needed in the kitchen. Bathroom small but again all We needed was there. Apartment is situated in quiet lane, very near to St. Stefano's Square, few minutes walk from St. Marc'' Square- as i said perfect place.

Contro: If I could suggest, I would put small table or island (wheeled one, even from Ikea) in the middle of the kitchen as there is no worktop to prepare food.

Amazing location. We loved it!

Pro: Everything was as described. Perfect organization, helpful office staff. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! The view of the canal is a bit deceiving, we expected a larger surface of water. By the way, it can be seen afterwards in the pictures, (the third picture is the reality) , that's why is not a 10.

Pro: Buena ubucación y proximidad realativa a una parada de vaporetto. Piso amplio para 2 personas y un nene. No tendría inconveniente en repetir.

Contro: Sensación de olor a humedad en el baño (aunque cuenta con un extractor de aire), pero llevable. Muy poco espacio en el banco de cocina para poder cocinar. Al colchón, aunque se puede dormir aceptablemente, ya le tocaría un cambio. En mi opinión, el apartamento merece la pena solo para 2 personas (y algún nene en la cuna), porque el sofá cama, como sofá bien, pero la la cama es dura (y no me refiero a un colchón duro, sino a que se nota la madera).

Buen sitio para alojarse

Pro: La ubicación, estaba todo muy limpio. La calefacción, wifi y la ducha funcionaban muy bien. Muchas toallas disponibles.

Contro: El colchón de la cama está hundido lo que hace que sea incómodo. El sofá cama es incómodo para dormir, la mitad es duro como una tabla.
