Biennale

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in una bellissima casa nel sestiere di Castello, una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Venezia e le principali attrazioni. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole vivere l’autenticità della città, lontano dalla folla ma comunque ben collegata. La casa era estremamente pulita, ben curata nei dettagli e accogliente, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, che si è dimostrata molto disponibile e gentile: ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni utili sulla zona e su Venezia in generale, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare e angoli nascosti che da soli non avremmo scoperto. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’ottima base per esplorare Venezia!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location.

Pro: The location was great, relatively quiet and in one of the greenest areas of Venice. It was only a 20-25 minute walk to the main tourust attractions,

PRETTY APARTMENT FOR BIENNALE VISITORS

Pro: > PERFECT LOCATION for visitors of the Biennale and those who don't want to stay in the very touristy part of town. Just around the corner there is Via Giuseppe Garibaldi with a lot of restaurants and grocery shops. > EASY to find the apartment and the key box with the instructions and photos that were provided. > GOOD LAYOUT with 2 separate bedrooms. The walls appeared to be freshly painted in pretty green and pink.

Contro: > The smaller bedroom, although very pretty, had really absolutely no space to put anything. The wardrobe/cupboard in the corner was locked and there were no hooks on the wall and no space to even put a chair or a suitcase. Generally there were no hooks on the wall (except one in the bathroom) to hang anything, not even next to the entrance 🙁. > Communication with the owner or person who managed the property was a bit slow at the beginning. > The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but a few mugs or larger tea cups would have been nice. > We had a lot of mosquitos in the room, which probably came in from the garden outside the windows, when we opened them to air the room. There was a mosquito repellent plug, but no refill tablets. Installing mosquito nets in the windows could be a solution. There are ones that work like blinds and can be pulled up, so the shutters outside can be accessed.

Pro: Great Venitian ambience, similar to a boutique hotel. without paying the exagerated amount these hotels charge for!

Charming Venetian Apartment

Pro: Authentic venetian apartment in a great location. There was AC in both bedrooms and everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay. The host provided precise and helpful directions to the property and a booklet on arrival with attraction and restaurant recommendations.

Contro: Everything was perfect, grazie.

We loved Venice and loved the apartment. If we get to return we would stay there again.

Pro: The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished with attention to detail. Arrival instructions were clear and extra information needed was prompt and helpful. The location is perfect away from the crowds but within walking distance to everything and close to some lovely reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. Also very friendly and safe.

Contro: Nothing. Everything was perfect

Great location and a very nice apartment

Pro: Easy process with self check in, great location - within walking distance to the main square and with many restaurants around but still very quiet at night. A host is responsive and communicating clearly. The apartment is very nicely decorated and well-equipped.

Contro: There is no much of a choice but some tea and cappuccino provided in the kitchen closet - however, coffee is available from early hours in nearby restaurants and cafés.

Pro: Очень симпатичный аутентичный апартамент в исторической части Венеции. Хотя по большому счету вся Венеция сплошная история. Расположен на первом этаже с отдельным входом с улицы из малюсенького дворика. Из окон вид на парк. Внутри все очень чисто и аккуратно. Современное оборудование гармонично сочетается с винтажными элементами старого здания. Представитель (возможно совладелец) встретила нас на ближайшей остановке водного автобуса Arsenal, проводила, заодно рассказала по пути много интересного. Была очень мила и дружелюбна.

Contro: Окна на парк одновременно плюс и минус. До поздней ночи в этой зоне много гуляющих, в том числе с собаками. Прямо под окнами скамейка, где люди сидят до поздней ночи и шумят. Пришлось даже сделать замечание. Ну и плюс комары из-за обильной зелени.

Lovely place. Christina met us at the vaporetto station and showed us the essentials.

Pro: Spacious. Full kitchen that we did not use. Hot water

Excellent séjour dans un logement agréable et bien situé.

Pro: Logement confortable, propre, agréablement meublé, bien situé. On est près de la place San Marco mais dans un quartier calme où vivent de nombreux vénitiens. Il y a des commerces et des restaurants. Une station de vaporetto proche.

Contro: J’aurais préféré que me soient données toutes les informations nécessaires pour arriver au logement, dès le paiement de la totalité de ce que je devais. Après relance, cela été fait tout à fait aimablement.
