Pro: Appartamento piccolo ma molto accogliente e soprattutto pulitissimo! Perfetto per un soggiorno confortevole.
Contro: L’unica nota negativa è il supplemento di €35 per la pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza del cane, un costo che Booking non specifica chiaramente, limitandosi a indicare genericamente che ‘potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento’.

Pro: la zona, che avendo con me un cagnone, ha permesso di trovare giardini e tanti altri cagnolotti con cui socializzare. Inoltre nelle vicinanze trovi tutti i negozi per approvvigionarsi e molti locali per cenare ed altri per far bisboccia. Fermata del vaporetto a 6 minuti a piedi
Contro: la tariffa pulizia maggiorata per il cane di 35 euro, non esplicita nella descrizione dei costi. E' una mancanza di booking: non vale scrivere: animali ammessi \

Great place to stay in Venice, not only to visit the Biennale.
Pro: Location was great for visiting the Biennale, which was the main reason we were in Venice. Besides being close to the Biennale, there are plenty of shops, restaurant and bars literally round the corner. The boat stop is also very close.
Contro: We found the apartment rather cold (temperature wise), but they were also extremely cold days, so that defintely didn´t help. Probably in summer is fresh, so I´d recommend it in warmer months :)

Nice apartment in a less touristy area of Venice
Pro: Nice apartment close to shopping / bars / restaurants. Away from the main touristy area. Around 15/20mins walk to San Marco and close to 2 water bus stops. Comfy big bed. Modern bathroom and updated kitchen. Great WiFi. Quiet in the evenings. Communication with host is excellent - very responsive. We had an issue with the air con and induction hob and both fixed within 24hrs. Nice amount of space for 2 adults. The locals are also lovely, very friendly. Try the cafe away from the main shopping street - towards Sant Elena. There are some nice trattorias as well within 5 mins.
Contro: No oven - but the host explained this is pending an update by booking.com. It would be helpful to have an iron. It might be a good idea to have a fan available in the apartment just incase any air con issues arise - spending a night in humidity with no fan / ac is a struggle! Or maybe some mosquito / fly nets for the windows so that they can be left open in the evening.

Perfectly pleasant place for a short stay.
Pro: Good location, quiet, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes. Good water pressure, hot water was good.
Contro: Bed was not the most comfortable, but I find this to be true in Italy almost everywhere, a bit of a cave, but that was expected.

A great choice for a 3 night working visit to the Biennale, with excellent hosts and service!
Pro: Great location to visit the Biennale and experience the local culture of Castello! Comfortable and well appointed facilities.
Contro: A bit dark during the day, and being surrounded on 3 sides by well frequented paths, it wasn’t always private or as quiet as you might like.

Pro: Le rapport qualité/prix. L'emplacement, car il est situé dans Venise même. Tout Venise peut se faire à pied. Pas besoin de prendre de transport en commun pour traverser la lagune. L'appartement étant un peu excentré du centre, il est au calme et loin des parcours très touristique. La place St Marc est à 15 minutes à pied.
Contro: L'appartement est un peu sombre. Mais je pense que c'est le cas de beaucoup de rez-de-chaussée à cause de l'étroitesse des ruelles. Une télé aurait été bien.

Pro: Die Damen im Büro waren super freundlich und bemüht. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche wurde sofort behoben. Die kleine Wohnung ist super gelegen, Wasserbushaltestelle und Markusplatz sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Läden und viele Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig gelegen und modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Heizung und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
Contro: Da es sich um ein altes Haus in einem authentischen Wohnviertel handelt, ist man mitten im italienischen Leben. Kleine Gässchen grenzen an 2 Seiten direkt an das Haus, so dass es schwierig ist Fensterläden und Fenster zu öffnen, weil Anwohner ganz nah vorbei laufen. Aber, dies hat unser Venedig feeling eher positiv beeinflusst.
