Pro: Appartamento grande , pulito e ben accessoriato; posizione comoda rispetto al centro

Pro: L'appartamento si trova in una zona di Venezia molto tranquilla, lontana dal caos turistico e ben servita da mezzi di trasporto e servizi vari. La posizione e strategica per visitare tutte le zone della città. Casa accogliente pulita e ben organizzata. Consigliata per coppie e famiglie.

Great apartment in Venice for a small visiting family

Pro: The apartment is much more nice than in the pics. We were impressed by the place since it looked much better in person. Everything worked as expected, and the washer-dryer availability helped a lot. From my point of view, the area is among the best in Venice since it’s full of locals and has some great restaurants and shops away from the packed crowds in San Marco and vicinity. That impacts on transportation too (vaporetto lines getting there are much less crowded than the ones going to Rialto or San Marco).

Contro: Room for improvement: - Some extra fees should appear at the booking time. They added up significantly for a short stay (weekend check in, etc). Nothing too serious, but may strain someone short of cash to pay over €100 upfront. - The building entrance door is sturdy and tricky to open. It may be challenging for elderly people and those without normal strength. - Venice rules regarding trash handling are cumbersome. You need to leave your bags before 8:30 AM, and dropping stations are almost inexistent in that overcrowded island. No problem for early birds but for party animals. - Talking about parties, it’s a lively corner of the city. A nearby cafe celebrated the 19th anniversary of a local girl and the music sounded until late hours. We were exhausted from sightseeing so no problem for sleeping, but others may suffer. Still a great place in the island, full of expositions and fairs. - A safety box and plug adapters would help.

Pro: Appartement calme et bien équipé. Accès bien expliqué par l'agence. Rénovation soignée et aménagements confortables et fonctionnels. Proximité immédiate des commerces et choix important de restaurants proposant une cuisine de qualité. Environnement très agréable, avec espace vert à côté et île de San Pietro à deux pas pour profiter d'une tranquillité appréciable.

Contro: Appartement situé dans une ruelle étroite donc assez sombre.

Pro: Hermoso apartamento, bien ubicado, personal muy amable.

Bien

Pro: Alojamiento tranquilo, a 15/20 minutos andando de la plaza de San Marco y con varias líneas de vaporetto a 5 minutos. El sofá cama era cómodo y había aire acondicionado. Con lavadora y secadora.

Contro: Pagas una tasa exclusiva con el concepto “limpieza”. Dejamos unos platos sin fregar y la persona del alojamiento nos mandó una FOTO de los platos por WhatsApp remarcando que los habíamos dejado sin fregar y que habíamos dejado la cocina sucia (no cocinamos nada, dejamos 4/5 botellas de agua/cocacola para tirar, porque en Venecia no puedes sacar la basura en cualquier momento) . No lo hemos visto en nuestra vida !! En general, caro. Pero Venecia es así.

Pro: Фото квартири відповідає дійсності, лише мені здається диван новий стоїть на кухні-вітальні. Квартира простора, рушники, постільна білизна чисті. Матрас на ліжку нормальний, я спала добре, але мій чоловік протилежної думки. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Посуд, все на кухні чисте. Ванна кімната на мою думку чиста, гаряча вода є постійно, фен працює. Сама квартира трохи темнувата, бо вікна виходять у вузький провулок, але нам це не заважало. Поли в квартирі холодні, тому у жарку погоду людям це має сподобатись, але якщо ви любите тепло, то рекомендую взяти з собою капці.

Contro: Підлога в квартирі була брудна, її видно що мили, нічого ніде не валялось, але пройшовшись своїми білими шкарпетками, це помітно. І це дуже дивно, зважаючи на те що все інше в квартирі було явно чисте. Добре, якщо навіть зняти білі шкарпетки і ходити босоніж, то з'являється жахливе відчуття бруду. Як же після душу йти у ліжко, якщо ноги стануть брудними?.. Зазвичай я беру тапочки з собою, але цього разу не взяла, так як відгуки про чистоту мене влаштували. Тому рекомендація всім брати з собою капці. А рекомендація до помешкання прибирати підлогу краще.

Magnifique Venise

Pro: Situation à 20 min à pied de saint Marc, plutôt calme, spa cieux et tout équipé

Contro: Très peu de lumière car entouré de maison, pas de vue.

Perfecto. Limpio y cómodo

Pro: Apartamento muy completo, con todo lo necesario. Muy cómodo y limpio. Se podría vivir en él. La chica muy amable, dándonos todas las facilidades. Lo recomiendo. Un poco alejado de la parte más céntrica, pero con tiempo, el paseo por la ciudad se agradece y alejarse del bullicio también.

Pro: I loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer, we'd been in Europe for 5 days at this point and it was great to be able to wash our clothes. Especially if you are packing light for trips and only brought a hand full of outfits. The host was so accommodating and informative! My partner is celiac and this place is surrounded by a ton of gluten free options! He is also diabetic so the meals that we had was good for his sugar levels. I would definitely book this place again if we ever come back to Venice for sure.

Contro: The stair well is very narrow and you have to watch your head going up them. That is the only con but it is understandable for the age of the building and Venice in general.
