A gorgeous apartment in a perfect location.

Pro: This apartment is beautiful, and our family of 5 loved it! It is roomy, elegantly decorated, and in a perfect location. We loved the little rooftop patio and appreciated the well equipped kitchen and dining area. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Venice.

Loved it. Large, comfortable, and perfect place to unwind and sleep after a long day exploring the beautiful city!

Pro: Everything. It is very comfortable and perfectly situated, being about a 2 minute walk from St Mark’s square as well as a water taxi stop. Despite that it’s quiet and you have the whole place to yourself. We were supposed to be 5 people and it would very comfortably have accommodated us. Two ppl had plans change and for 3 people it was huge lol Overall you really can’t go wrong here. We loved it!

Contro: Be aware that there are two flights of narrow stairs to get to the main floor (entrance to the house is on the ground floor). It wasn’t an issue for us but older travelers or those with two adults and young kids may have an issue carrying bags up the stairs. The other issue is there really isn’t a view of the canals or much really. The terrace on the top floor is nice for some coffee or drinks and some fresh air and sounds of Venice but no view. This wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the house other than to shower and collapse asleep at the end of our day. Again, personal judgement call and type of vacation planned come into play here. Given the overall convenience and comfort though it will be a personal call as to whether you are ok with these things.
