Fantastico soggiorno per scoprire Venezia

Pro: Struttura molto spaziosa, pulita e fornita di tutti i comfort, ci siamo trovati benissimo, la zona è comoda per arrivare sia a piedi che con i traghetti in tutti i maggiori punti di interesse della città!! Eravamo vicino alla via delle cicchetterie più frequentate, ma allo stesso tempo all’interno di un residence dove la notte abbiamo dormito tranquilli senza essere nel caos del centro storico o delle vie più trafficate e rumorose. Ottima esperienza!!

Pro: Very nice place. Inside secured gate. Directly on a small and quite canal. Also liked the neighborhood that felt a little more local and away from major tourism. I could live there.

Venedikte modern döşenmiş güzel konumlu mekan!

Pro: The house is bigger and more pleasant than I expected, with a living room side that has a canal view. The natural light coming through the sunroof is wonderful for waking up. It’s a 15-minute walk to the train station, away from the crowds of Venice, but still within walking distance to everything, and there are places to eat nearby. The house also has cooking facilities, but we didn’t use them. There is a Conad market nearby.

Contro: Unfortunately, the house was very cold, and we happened to be there during a very cold period. It was hard to warm up. There was an extra blanket in the closet for the spare bed, so we used that too. There was a small but effective electric heater, which was enough in the bedroom at night, but it didn’t help much in the living room. There are air conditioners, but they don’t heat. When both the air conditioner and the electric heater were on, the main fuse would trip. We managed, but it could be challenging for families with a small children to stay during very cold times. If a few small blankets were added to the living area, it would make spending time there during winter evenings much more enjoyable.

Lovely little apartment on a quiet canal

Pro: I booked this purely for the location on a canal, so it was perfect!

Contro: The air con was in the bedroom and it kept flashing all night, which is the only thing I have to say, and equally it could probably be turned off! I just didn't need to touch it so not sure.

We enjoyed our stay.

Pro: The accommodation was rather decent with the host being responsive and helpful during the check In and Check out process. The location was also great with accessible streets to the nearest shopping spots and attractions. The waterbus to the airport is also just a few minutes walk from the house.

Contro: Perhaps there is no wifi or instructions to access to it.

Pro: The beautiful canal views and location. It was quiet but central and a great location to the vaporetto

Polecam, super stosunek standardu, lokalizacji do ceny.

Pro: Super lokalizacja, blisko do przystanków vaporetto, blisko supermarket, bardzo cicha okolica. Blisko również do stacji kolejowej. Klimatyzacja działała, ciepła woda, zapas ręczników. Bardzo pomocna pani, która przyszła i dała nam klucze. Bardzo dokładnie wszystko wytłumaczyła, zostawiła też do siebie kontakt. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Contro: Przydałaby by się większa, nowa patelnia :)
