Royal Guest House Venice

Definitely recommend

Pro: The location was absolutely perfect – tucked away in a very original part of Venice that hasn’t been overrun by tourists (yet!). It felt like stepping back in time, especially in the early morning when the city is quiet… I swear I half expected to bump into a gondolier from the 1400s grabbing an espresso. 😄 The property itself is beautifully finished and had everything I needed – including air conditioning, which was a lifesaver after wandering the canals all day. All in all, a fantastic stay – I’d absolutely come back!

Pro: Very clean and comfortable. The host was attencious

Contro: I would have like to cook some easy meal and there were no basic ingredients like oil, sugar, salt, coffee. Also few hungers in the room would have been helpful, and there weren't any

Pro: Loved the room decor and cleanliness. Access to shared kitchen area. WiFi worked well.

Contro: Bed was a little soft for my liking.

Pro: Great location in a beautiful and very quiet place! Very comfortable beds, everything very very clean, large bathroom with very hot water, I will definitely repeat

Pro: Brilliant place to stay - first solo trip and was definitely a safe place to go to.

Perfect location, perfect host, and good value for money

Pro: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, in the middle of Venice. The Venice main train station was only 8-10 minutes walking distance. The nearest Water Bus Stop was right infront of the property. The host was always available through Whatsapp. We received all the necessary codes for the doors for check-in before before our stay, so the checkin was smooth without any problem. The big shared kitchen was a blessing, it was equipped with everything one needs and very spacious. The washroom also consist of washing machines. Hopefully, will be staying here again on our next vacation to Venice!

Exceed my expectations

Pro: It was better that I expected, comfortable, clean, with good sound isolation.

Contro: Only thing I didn't like - a little confusing system of checking-in. It would be much better if they contact to their guests by themself using the same instrument

Fantastic location, accomodation and all round visit to Venice!

Pro: Fantastic location, really easy to get to from the airport and a great location to walk all over Venice. Couldn’t fault the accommodation, it was basic and just what we needed for the money we paid, we would definitely stay here again if we visit Venice in the future.

Contro: Nothing, it was just as expected and great value for money. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in this beautiful city.

Pro: L’endroit est super propre avec assez d’espace proche du centre

Contro: Matelas laisse à désirer coucher à long terme pas très ergonomique
