Pro: Posizione ottima, casa spaziosa, comoda e luminosa

Contro: Non c’è un posto per lasciare le valigie. Le chiavi della porta d’ingresso e della porta del bagno a volte si incastrano

Perfect location and spacious property perfect as a base as only used it to sleep

Pro: Location was excellent and the property was very clean

Contro: Just to be mindful of keeping windows closed as near to the water and we got bitten a lot by mosquitos but that’s just general advice i would give to other travellers not a fault on the property itself.

Pro: Lots of space, quiet, pleasant views. Supportive staff and a tidy, comfortable and useful space. There were also useful books and nice music options.

Quite apartment with a view

Pro: Very good beds Quite and spacious apartment with all needed amenities Good location Good shower the view over the garden across the canal, and the canal itself

Contro: No washing machine The water flow from the tap in the bathroom is virtually unexistent

The property is very good but has the potential to be even better with some TLC applied to it.

Pro: Loved the size of the property which was well equiped and spacious. Loved the centeral location which made it really easy to get out and about in Venice. Very close to the Grand Canal/ railway and Bus stations. Local row of shops/cafes very close to the property. Service from the property agent Anna was exceptional. Anna met us outside the lettings office which is very close to the property the showed us where it was and handed over the keys and went through a few details.

Contro: Overall the property is very good and would definitly book again. It does however need some maintainance. The ceiling in the Bathroom needs sorting out and replastering. There are a few cracked floor tiles in the kitchen that need replacing as some had sharp edges. Thinking of children running around with bare feet! Although well equiped we could not find any plugs for the kitchen sink so this made washing up challenging. Not to mention water being waisted. If the things I have mentioned are sorted out the property would be exceptional in every way.

Pro: Nice roomy apartment with spacious rooms. Great location near to bus/tram station but open to all city.

Pro: The location was just perfect and easy to walk around the city

Contro: The shower drain is a bit clogged and accumulates a lot of water. when bathing the water does not drain and you have to turn off the faucet several times to not overflow. Garbage disposal could have been easier or included as part of the cleaning charges.

MUY COMODO , Si volveriamos, pero deberian de quitar la tarifa extra por check in tardìo

Pro: Facil y comodo, nos atendeiron muy bien, solo que no estuvimos contentos de que nos cobraran una tarifas extra de impuestos y de habre llegado tarde a hacer el checkin

Contro: el dia que llegamos no habia ninguna tolla de cocina ni servilletas ni café, nos lo proporcionaron al siguiente dia .

It was a lovely oasis from the busy streets of Venice!

Pro: Great size clean two bedroom apartment across from a quiet park with the living room ‘balcony’ opening up onto a small canal. Fun to see boats and gondola’s go by from time to time. It’s an easy and convenient 8 minute walk from the bus station, very quiet at night, lovely host that met us, cafe’s close by and an easy walk into all the popular areas of Venice. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Contro: We found the beds very firm, low water pressure in sinks (but shower pressure was good) and ceiling above shower has peeling paint that needs to be fixed. But none of these items would stop me from staying there again!

Typiquement vénitien

Pro: L'emplacement assez proche de la gare nous convenait parfaitement. L'appartement est spacieux avec la vue sur un canal et un jardin, ce qui le rend très calme. Côté équipement c'était correct. La literie est de bonne qualité.

Contro: Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes avec l'eau chaude mais l'agence a été très réactive et la réparation rapide.
