Pro: Ottima posizione. Caldo ed accogliente. Rispecchiava le foto.

Contro: Le scale per entrare all’appartamento sono veramente ripide e piccole

Pleasing apartment and good location to do things.

Pro: Location was very good. In a nice, quiet residential area. Very rarely smelt unlike most other areas of Venice which was a big plus. Had a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.

Contro: Not much to be done about this, but the alleyway to the apartment was long and dark, luckily Venice felt very safe all the time so never was an issue.

Pro: Excellent quiet location next to small canal. Flat has comfortable sitting room and bedroom and nice kitchen and bathroom.

Contro: Property only accessible by a steep narrow staircase with only very small space at top to stand on when opening the front door. Could be difficult for older guests.

A lovely apartment in a great city

Pro: The host were very helpful and let us in early (before the agreed check in time). They were friendly showed us everything inside the apartment and gave us some recommendation / information about the local area. It is in a great location and is very comfortable

Contro: The apartment felt a little damp (but the heating had been off for the summer I would guess)

Comfortable, good location, mind the stairs!

Pro: This is a very small apartment prettily decorated as in the photos. It is in a great location, behind the Scuola San Rocco, just a few minutes walk to the Frari in one direction and Campo San Margarita in another. There are a number of restaurants very close and a bakery. Station and Piazzale Roma are reasonably accessible (for Venice). There is a gas stove and basic cooking facilities but enough to make a simple pasta dish.

Contro: The apartment is on the first (upper) floor of a building at the end of the calle, with a small canal on one side. There are no other floors above, only garden. This may be why it was cold. We were there just before Christmas and although the heaters were all going it was still cold in the living area. The stairs to the apartment are very narrow, steep and uneven. They were difficult to get our luggage up and down, and frankly a little scary.

All the charm is up that staircase

Pro: We had 6 windows, all with working shutters and double glazing. 3 overlooked a quiet canal. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in a quiet part of Venice

Contro: Nothing. It would have been hard to make our experience any better

Pro: L'emplacement, près de la gare. La tranquillité. Le confort Idéal pour un couple

Contro: L'escalier d'accès était très raide et étroit. Ne pas le proposer à des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Value for money!

Pro: Οι όμορφοι και άνετοι χώροι του σπιτιού και η εξαιρετική τοποθεσία .

Pro: Tolle und sehr wohnlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick auf einen kleinen Kanal und kleiner Balkontür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Vom Checkin bis zur Vermittlung einer soliden Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Checkout wurden wir sehr gut betreut. Sehr zu empfehlen!
