Highly recommend Venice Penthouse, it is a beautiful apartment away from the masses!

Pro: We loved the location it was great to be able to retreat to a quieter neighbourhood as well as having easy access to other areas around Venice via the water buses. The apartment was really lovely and spacious and well equipped and the roof top terrace just delightful. We were really glad of the elevator too! Lots of little touches made it very functional such as a number of mochas, great supply of kitchen accessories, and basic pantry items.

Contro: It is difficult to fault the Venice Penthouse we did enjoy our stay. The shower heads weren't the best which can be a little annoying however in no way a deal breaker and we managed.

Perfect appartment on Giudecca island!

Pro: Wonderful terrace with beatifull view on the Giudecca canal!

Contro: We had some problems with the electrical power supply (fuses are rather weak) but we got immediate assistance and then it worked again.

What a delight!

Pro: The apartment is beautiful and the view from the apartment and terrace is incredible. Alvise was very helpful.

Contro: The only thing that would improve the apartment would be a microwave.

Pro: Sehr schöne Lage, Aussicht von der Terrasse wunderbar, Innenausstattung außergewöhnlich gut inklusive Küche, Geschirr, etc. Gastgeber sehr freundlich, Verspätung wegen später Zugankunft kein Problem! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Contro: Die Dachluke auf die Terrasse ist sehr schwer und benötigt 2 Personen zum öffnen- die Aussicht entschädigt aber in jedem Fall die kleine Mühe! Ansonsten sehr zum empfehlen, vielen Dank Avise! Die Informationen und Empfehlungen waren überaus hilfreich!

ESTADIA PERFEITA EM VENEZA

Pro: Praticamente gostamos de tudo. Fica difícil de escolher, mas destaco a vista do terraço para a laguna que é simplesmente deslumbrante - coisa de cinema. O apartamento fica num antigo moinho cuja arquitetura é fenomenal. O bairro (Giudeca) não se conecta por ponte com Veneza e vemos isto como vantagem, pois ao mesmo tempo que estamos dentro de Veneza (basta pegar os traghetis), não existe aquela multidão de turistas. O apartamento está muito bem aparelhado. Não senti falta de nada. Ao contrário, a qualidade dos objetos nos surpreendeu positivamente. A cadeira em frente à janela da sala é perfeita. Fiquei com vontade de comprar uma. O proprietário - Senhor Alvise - foi muito gentil e nos deu ótimas informações sobre onde deixarmos nosso carro e sobre locomoção por Veneza.

Contro: Só não gostamos de ir embora.

Inoubliable à refaire, mais plus long la prochaine fois.

Pro: L'appartement était sublissime, on s'y sentait chez soit.

Contro: L'agent n'était pas assez réactif, a nos questionnement, même si c'est une personne trés trés gentille. On a du le rappeler, quand même a plusieures reprises.

Don't Miss the Chance to Stay Here!

Pro: Wow, this place was a dream come true! Our host went above and beyond expectations ensuring that we could find the apartment and telling us where to get groceries, places to eat, etc. Really cannot say enough good things about this property and host - hope to get back there someday!

Contro: Several small AC units that took a long time to cool down the entire (very big) apartment. Beyond that, no negatives - this place was fantastic.

Pro: Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist tatsächlich phänomenal, und auch von der Wohnung selbst waren wir sehr begeistert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sowohl in der Küche (sehr gute Ausstattung!) als auch in den Bädern, die Betten sind bequem und die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Vielen Dank auch an Alvise für die Hilfsbereitschaft und die sehr gute Kommunikation! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Pro: beautiful views from the rooftop penthouse! Alvise was such a help with booking a water taxi upon our very late arrival to Marco Polo airport and instruction on how to gain entrance into the apartment.

Contro: everything
