Pro: Posizione (a piedi raggiungi velocemente sia la la stazione che tutte le zone piu caratteristiche di Venezia. Posizione comoda anche per uscire a cena. Affacciata su una piazzetta molto caratteristica e super silenzioa), vista (impagabile vedere le gondole che passano sul canale dalla finestra), disposizione delle stanze e arredamento.

Contro: Si sentono tantissimo i rumori degli appartamenti vicini. L'insonorizzazione è pessima.

Pro: A perfect place for a stay in Venice. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious location in a quite place, however only a short walk away from restaurants and supermarket. The location is easy to reach with a Vaporetto from Grand Canal and Piazzale Roma. Good and friendly conversation with the hosts and Amir who gave us a warm welcome and valueable tips. We can strongly recommend this accomodation.

Perfect holiday stay.

Pro: The staff was very helpful from the first contact until we left. The apartment is quite big, well equipped, with easy access to the water bus station. Walking to the main landmarks is a 15-20 minutes stroll through Venice's picturesque alleys. All in all, an excellent stay and highly recommend.

Venedig im Winter

Pro: Wie auf den Fotos, sehr ruhig, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Great location and good floorplan. The hoast was very helpful

Pro: Location was great, the apartment was convenient and the floor plan functional.

Contro: The unit smelled like smoke which was a big turnoff.

Pro: Apartament w centrum Wenecji ale przy spokojnym placu z dala od tłumu turystów czysty, klimatyczny, z widokiem na kanał i mostek, dobrze wyposażony, winda. Blisko do vaporetto Riva de Basio -260m, Most Rialto pieszo 900 m. Doskonala komunikacja z osobą zarządzającą. Polecamy

Pro: Local tranquilo, acesso com elevador, boa estrutura no apartamento. Localização muito boa, próxima de restaurantes, mercado e do pier para pegar o Vaporetto.

Contro: Só tem uma televisão (sala de estar), poderia ter nos quartos também.

Pro: Просторные апартаменты с 2 спальнями и 2 санузлами, обеспечены бельем, полотенцами и моющими принадлежностями. Кухня укомплектована техникой и посудой. Отличное расположение и вид из окна.

Contro: Объект управляется компанией, видимо поэтому, заселение возможно строго в указанное время, обращайте на это внимание! На момент нашего заселения на кухне полностью отсутствовали какие либо съедобные продукты и не было бутылок с питьевой водой, везите все с собой или будьте готовы идти в магазин.

Bañera sin mampara

Pro: Ubicación tranquila. Con supermercado y restaurantes cerca.. Todo muy limpio y práctico.

Contro: En general me gusto todo Pero por decir algo el baño con bañera no tenía mampara y el suelo acababa mojado. El otro baño con ducha si tenía mampara

Weekend in Venice

Pro: The location was great and it's a clean, beautiful place.

Contro: Wish they had screens on the windows. It was a bit warm, but if we opened the windows for fresh air, the mosquitos came rushing in.
