Belgio 🇧🇪

Nice and quiet central location.

Pro: It's a perfect location, not too far away from the interesting parts of Venice. All is there, clean, working, new, complete. It's run by a company, not by a private host, and they're quite professional. Also very good of them to provide a book with info and tips about Venice (200+ pages).

Contro: Bathroom was clean and new, but a bit cramped. Being an old house, there's not much to be done about this.

Exceptional stay with kind staff, we’d start again in a heartbeat.

Pro: Great quiet location, lots of space, well stocked, and very new.

Contro: It’s located on the second floor, be prepared for stairs. The laundry is shared with one other apartment, not a big concern.

Clean, spacious apt in quieter San Croce!

Pro: Roomy top floor apartment-great for a family. Location is away from the busy areas but still has plenty of restaurants and easy walk to other neighborhoods if you like walking and seeing all of the canals, and architecture.

Contro: Not a problem for us, but it’s on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to carry your bags upstairs. Also, If you go before air conditioning is permitted (May 1) and it gets hot, and you need to open windows —the mosquitoes are bad in Venice so bring a smalll fan/repellent.

Schöne Wohnung aber sehr schlechte Organisation.

Pro: Gute Lage (in der Nähe befindet sich eine Vaporettostation), super saubere Wohnung.

Contro: Die Schlüsselübergabe hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, obwohl man sich im Vorfeld 3 Tage lang Nachrichten hin und her geschrieben hatte mit jeglicher Information! Uns wurde ständig eine neue Ansprechperson genannt, am Ende hatte sich keiner in der Verantwortung gesehen uns zu begrüßen. Durch ein Telefonat und das Weiterleiten an eine andere Person, kam schlussendlich eine Schlüsselübergabe zustande. Schade, dass dies so abgelaufen ist... wir haben dadurch viel Zeit verloren, eine Schlüsselbox wäre eine viel bessere Option. Trotzdem war die Begrüßung am Ende sehr nett. Zudem hatten wir ein riesen Problem mit Mücken - das hatte uns schlaflose Nächte bereitet. Darüber hinaus hatte das WLAN nicht funktioniert, dies wurde am folgenden Tag \

Pro: El apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario y más. Es bonito y cómodo.

Contro: Es difícil aprender el camino hasta llegar.

Pro: Appartement idéal pour une famille avec tout le nécessaire (nous étions 2 adultes et un enfant de 11 ans) : spacieux, propre et bien pensé. Lit king dans la chambre et canapé-lit qui se dépli en un vrai grand lit. Le wifi est un vrai plus avec un pré adolescent. De plus, l'appartement est idéalement situé (entre Riva de Biasio et San Stae). Pour le retrouver, suivez les pattes de dinosaures au sol (qui amènent au musée d'histoire naturel juste en face). Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Pro: Bien amueblado, calidad, tenía de todo para comenzar estancia, cocina completa , baño, Wi-Fi, sàbanas faltaban para el sofá cama pero lo solucionaron enseguida. Buena situación

Contro: Es difícil encontrar la ubicación, aconseja quedar en e una parada vaporetto,, nos perdimos y llegamos tarde al Check-in tuvimos que abonar 50€ Necesita mejorar la limpieza.
