Semplicemente meraviglioso.
Pro: Abbiamo unito la mia e la famiglia di mia sorella ed eravamo in 8, l'alloggio è enorme, pulitissimo, arredato con mobili di pregio e con tutti gli accessori che possono servire per qualche giorno di vacanza e relax. I tre bagni sono stati una comodità assoluta per tante persone nello stesso alloggio. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, cucina molto ben attrezzata, il personale alla consegna delle chiavi, gentilissimo. La posizione è molto centrale e comoda a tutto, compresa una Coop a due passi per fare un po' di spesa. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
Contro: Sinceramente non riesco a trovare lati negativi nel nostro soggiorno, ovviamente la dimensione ed il prezzo dell'alloggio lo rendono molto appetibile solo a gruppi di almeno 5-6 persone, per una coppia è esagerato.

Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento grandissimo. Ottima la pulizia della struttura
Contro: La prima sera alle ore 21 siamo usciti per andare a cena, parlando ma non urlando nelle scale. La vicina di casa è subito venuta a dirci che non si può assolutamente parlare nelle zone comuni. Capisco il disagio di avere alcuni ospiti rumorosi ma erano le 21 e scendendo due rampe di scale abbiamo semplicemente parlato.

Una piacevole permanenza in una splendida città
Pro: I grandi spazi, la tranquillità e la bellezza del quartiere ancora abitato principalmente da veneziani, comodità ai negozi e alla fermata del vaporetto, trovare qualche genere di conforto all’arrivo. Gentilezza e pronta risposta da parte delle persone di riferimento in caso di domande.
Contro: Solo piccole cose. Tipo Da una delle docce l’acqua non esce bene.

Pro: We really loved the apartment – it was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were extremely helpful, always ready to assist and explain everything we needed to know. We stayed here as a group of eight people and had a wonderful time. The only downside we experienced was a rather unpleasant neighbor upstairs, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

great location, fabulous apartment for large groups
Pro: We were a party of seven friends, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone, no fighting over bathrooms. Our hosts Silvio and Enrica were extremely nice, and Silvio spent time showing us things to do in the local area. The apartment itself was large, clean and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Great location close to a supermarket and several good restaurants, plus not too far to walk from the train station. Having the large communal area in the middle of the apartment was a bonus for socialising together playing card games etc. We even had a special birthday treasure hunt! It was a wonderful place to stay and well worth it for large groups, great value for money. Would definitely stay there again on the next visit to Venice!
Contro: In one bathroom the shower was challenging cos the hose thingy was hard to manage - didn't stay in place, so we just showered in one of the other bathrooms.

Magnificent appartment in Venice
Pro: Huge appartment with high ceilings, very clean, rooms big with all the comfort. Everything was perfect. Easy to collect the key, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms - perfect for 8 persons. Outside the center so very quiet area, but very close by foot.
Contro: A litte bit insonnorised in the morning we heard the noises ans the voices outside withe the windows closed. The nieghbopurs upstaires complained the evening for us talking, and it was quiet - I was withe the family, not noisy at all...

Venice with family
Pro: Located in a more quiet neighbourhood but also very nice. You can see local people, therefore avoiding super-crowded streets. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and felt really comfortable, the apartment has all you need for a few days in Venice. The staff managing the apartment are really fast answering all the necessary information and showed very helpful arranging some services for us.
