An enjoyable place to stay for a week, good location in the heart but removed from the crowds.

Pro: The location is excellent and easy to find using map. Close enough to to San Marco Piazza, Rialto Bridge and Markets while easily able to escape the crowds. You can use the opera house as a landmark. Close walk to San Angelo very stop too. Main living area nice and sunny in the morning. In the afternoon you can hear the musicians on the gondalers. There cafe over the adjecent canal about 100m away was a welcome bonus (the Brasilia Cage). Very comfortable place to stay for a week with most things you need provided.

Contro: Two sets of keys would be excellent. Not sure about the lift that doesn't seem to exit on the 2nd floor so be happy to take stairs.

Pro: We spent five wonderful days here. Laura was very kind and helpful, she provided us with all the necessary information. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, clean and very well located, centrally located, but still quiet and peaceful. We can only recommend it.

Amazing and spacious apartment in a great location

Pro: - amazing, spacious apartment in a great location, high rooms (I think it’s typical in Venice) - quality beyond its price - fully equipped kitchen

Contro: - unacceptably low water pressure - water heater hardly works - communication between personel (I was added to a WhastApp group which was managed by someone else every day, so some questions and messages had to be repeated multiple times)

Comfortable apartment in central location

Pro: Big living area, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The bedroom was equally spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and perfect for what we needed.

Contro: It was all good.

Nice apartment and great location

Pro: The location was excellent midway between San Marco and the Rialto bridge. The apartment was nice and clean.

Contro: The keys were confusing as there were 4 and none were labelled, the front door was very awkward to unlock especially in the dark.

Pro: loved the apartment and the location. lots of cafes, restaurants and shops just a few steps from the apartment which was great for us. also our host was very helpful and provided a binder full of suggestions of things to do and where to eat.

Contro: we had heavy luggage so it was a bit difficult for us to carry them up. but it was only 3 flight of stairs so it was really fine for us.

Despite not loving Venice the accommodation was of a high standard.

Pro: Very spacious and light. Pictures accurately depict the apartment. Also good facilities.

Contro: Heating a little confusing to work out especially the bar heating as we don’t have much experience. Silvia did explain it having said that. The bed was a little soft for my liking. As with most places in old cities there are no lifts so suitcases are up 2 flights of stairs.

Contro: Un peu bruyant mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’appartement. Des travaux à côté.
