Wonderful!!!

Pro: Lovely personal touch being met and showed to the apartment. The apartment was great for a family, all the amenities, 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Clean tidy but not impersonal, and the canal views were gorgeous. The host was very helpful sending us suggestions of places to go.

Contro: nothing. all was great

The location overlooking the canal and gondolas was amazing.

Pro: It’s a large apartment, very close to St Marks Square. The location on the canal, being at the intersection of another canal, was a bonus. The gondolas were nonstop through here, many with musicians and singers. Lovely! The kitchen was well equipped, had lots of dishes, glasses, etc and had a full sized dishwasher, so we didn’t have to spend much time cleaning up after every meal. There’s a very good (and affordable) grocery store nearby.

Contro: The toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and slid around. Luckily, there was a second bathroom. The dining table top rocked like it was detached, so it was awkward to use. The washing machine is the smallest I have ever seen, but we managed since our stay was short.

Pro: Great location with canal views from balcony. Very accessible to majority of the areas nearby. Fully equipped apartment. We loved our stay

Wonderful location in central Venice.

Pro: The apartment is beautifully furnished, with chandeliers, rugs, bookcases, etc., and is located in an amazing spot that is convenient to get to sites, to meander through Venice and wander across the smaller canals, seeing gondolas everywhere, and to get to restaurants and shops. It is amazing to be able to see the gondoliers and gondolas below, from the very narrow balcony, and to hear the musicians on the gondolas. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Contro: The air conditioner was noisy, and could be disruptive sleep with it coming on and off the night. We hadn’t realised it is a bit difficult to get into (and out of) central Venice with luggage if your bags are large, given the number of stones steps to walk up and down across bridges crossing the grand canal and smaller canals. We caught a water taxi from the train station, and then caught the water ferry to the airport, crossing two small bridges with steps up and down to cross the canals. There were also a number of floors to walk up, carrying luggage to get to the apartment. Our host helped us bring one large suitcase up.

Pro: Loved the location. The view was amazing. The main bed was comfortable. 2 bathrooms

Contro: Very noisy at night.

Pro: L'emplacement était parfait, à deux pas de la piazza San Marco. L'appartement est vaste et les deux chambres ainsi que les deux salles de bains conviennent bien pour une famille de 6. En outre, le placard est rempli de petites choses qui dépannent bien : sel, café, huile d'olive sucre... On se sent comme chez soit.

Contro: La climatisation est nécessaire toute la journée en pleine vague chaleur estivale mais vraiment trop bruyante. Alors, on l'a arrêtée mais laissé la ventilation seule toutes les nuits de 23h30 à 7h00 et l'on a pu dormir :)

Perfect location and sice for the family.

Pro: Excellent location , staff and Clean unit. Very homey for the family. Seeing the gondola with the gondolier in the canal In the morning is such a Delight.

Contro: The 3 flight of stairs, dining table wiggly.
