Very pleasant apartment
Pro: Central location View of canal Spacious apartment Well equipped kitchen
Contro: Had to meet staff member to collect keys, so we felt stressed about our flight delay. A basic welcome pack of tea and coffee would have been appreciated. There are supermarkets quite nearby but not easy to find when you're new to the area. Complicated garbage disposal instructions.

優雅な客室で2泊したよ。
Pro: 広い。装飾が素敵。シャンデリアは、ベネチアガラス？ 息子と優雅に過ごせました。 台所用品も調味料、キッチンペーパー、料理をするには困らない準備がされていました。 チェックインには、私たちが道に迷い約束の時間にいけませんでしたが、直ぐに別のスタッフさんを手配してくださり無事チェックインできました。 アパートの場所は、観光客が行き交う路地裏になります。 夜はうるさくなるかもと思いましたが、静かでした。 サンマルコ広場は、徒歩圏。 スーパーマーケット、徒歩5分。 すばしい滞在ありがとうございました。
Contro: アパートを探すのに、少し苦労しましたが、それも大きな問題ではありませんでした。 アパート紹介写真のように上から水路がきれいに見える訳ではありません。（窓の高さがあるため） だけど、水路は見えます。

Muy buen alojamiento en excelente ubicación. Volvería a alojarme aquí.
Pro: La ubicación es excelente, a 5min de la fenice, 10min de Rialto y 15min de san marco. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y un café para desayunar a la vuelta de la esquina. El alojamiento muy bien decorado, limpio y cómodo, con menaje en la cocina, cafetera, tostador, aceite, detergente, gel en la ducha,… El anfitrión muy atento, me dio buenas indicaciones antes del viaje y respondió enseguida durante la estancia cuando contacté con él por un problema con la ducha.
Contro: La presión del agua en la ducha no es muy buena, pero aceptable. El portal huele a humedad, pero no se percibe nada en el alojamiento. La reserva era necesario prepagarla La coordinación para la entrega de llaves se demoró hasta 24h antes. Una vez en contacto con la persona que iba a entregarlas, todo fue ágil y sencillo.

Pro: Great location. Easy access to the flat from Rio Dei Assassini and private water taxi. Great building. Very large and comfortable flat. I have several concerns stated below.
Contro: The bathroom with the shower is very poorly equipped. The light in the bathroom is very dim. There is no light over the sink - very hard to see anything when trying to shave, wash your face, etc. We had to use the lights from our iPhones to see what we were doing. The water faucet did not have a controller on the end of the faucet so water sprayed out when turned on, very annoying. The toilet cover was poorly attached to the base of the toilet and kept coming off. There was very little room between the toilet and the water heater directly in front of it. There were step-ups and step-downs going from room to room - poorly marked and a potential hazard for older people. The person who welcomed us into the apt was in a hurry and did not provide any information regarding: how to manage the HVAC system in the flat. There was no booklet describing how to operate the HVAC system. I was disappointed I had to take the trash to one of several designated trash drop off sites between 0600-0800 on the day we departed. Happy to collect the trash and leave it in the apartment. The cleaning people should deposit the trash whenever they come to clean the apartment. That should be included in the cleaning fee we paid. There were no starter supplies when we arrived. We had to go out and buy toilet paper and paper towels. No soap, shampoo, conditioner in the shower.

Pro: Tye flat was beautifully decorated in its time period .
Contro: The only thing I didn't like was that coffee wasn't provided. It would have been nice to relax and have coffee to start the day.
