Corte Nova Apartment

Good location, perfect spot for a couple.

Pro: The location was good, not far from Arsenale vaporetto stop. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can arrive at multiple great more authentic restaurants. We’d recommend Trattoria di Jonny! Around the corner you’ll find more tourist oriented restaurants and bars. Also very conveniently located: the supermarket is around the corner for buying water and other supplies. The portable airconditioning in the bedroom worked great for the bedroom. The kitchen has simple essentials and a fridge. A perfect space for two people, although it’s best if you share the bedroom. Check-in was easy and quick. We were friendly awaited at the apartment. They contacted us through WhatsApp earlier that day. We could communicate easily that our flight was delayed and we’d be arriving late. Do note that late check in after 20:00 will cost 30 euros. We didn’t mind, as we were grateful they wanted to wait a little longer for us. Overall a fine apartment!

Contro: We didn’t want to sleep in the same room, as my friend is a light sleeper, so I slept in the living room on the sofa bed. The bed was comfortable enough, but this space doesn’t have its own airconditioning, so it got rather warm at night when the door to the bedroom was closed. There were also no curtains in front of the door. These two things made the living room warm and light, so not ideal if you’re a more difficult sleeper. Also the bathroom had a bit of a weird smell, and the shower head falls down all the time. You have to use it by hand. Probably easily fixable for the host. The bathroom is otherwise spacious.

Pro: Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch des Biennale Geländes. In der Nähe befinden sich einige gute Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Appartement bien situé, et accueil très sympathique et facile

Pro: Appartement propre, spacieux, bien situé (10min de la place St-Marc et 5min d’un arrêt de Vaporetto). Accueil sympathique et efficace.

Pro: Sehr netter Empfang, gaben sich alle Mühe Probleme zu lösen. Der Kleiderschrank läßt Wünsche offen, denn eine Schublade war defekt und die Bügel waren Müll. Außerdem lag zuviel darin, so dass kein Platz war,und vor allemfehlten Borde zur Ablage. Alles war voll! Dennoch hat es uns insgesamt gefallen. Tipp: bessere Vorbereitung wenn vermietet, denn die Wohnung ist ja eigentlich sehr gut!⁹

Pro: Die perfekte Lage für einen Besuch der Biennale: genau zwischen Gardini und Arsenale! Auch der kleine Private Innenhof ist etwas Besonderes!

Pro: Das Apartment war an einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Nur ein paar Straßen weiter war man direkt am Wasser und hatte eine wundervolle Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr lieb. Das Apartment war sehr groß und sauber. Sehr bequem.. 👍🏻

Pro: J’ai beaucoup aimé le quartier, bien plus au calme que le centre de Venise. Et le chemin pour accéder aux incontournables de Venise est très agréable.

Pro: L’emplacement idéal, proche des lieux touristiques tout en étant tout de même, un peu, en retrait, au calme.
