Ca' San Carlo Residence by Wonderful Italy

Pro: Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla fermata del vaporetto e a due palazzi storici molto interessanti. Al tempo stesso zona molto silenziosa. Molto carino il giardinetto, l'arredamento, buone le dotazioni per la cucina, meno quelle del bagno, Negozi molto vicini, supermercato ben fornito a pochi metri (anche se la direzione ne indica un altro a 1km.....)

Contro: Avrei voluto trovare una saponetta nel bagno, la prima cosa che si fa entrando credo sia lavarsi le mani. La Nespresso era staccata e posizionata dove non disponibile una presa simens vicina. Un'unica presa simens per nespresso, bollitore e microonde è troppo poco. Anche in bagno impossibile attaccare il phon, sempre con presa simens, quindi utilizzabile solo in cucina.....Tuttavia la cosa più importante è stato il materasso matrimoniale, probabilmente in memory, scomodissimo. Peccato perchè era un vero king size ma la scelta di quel tipo di materasso può non adattarsi a tutte le persone.

Pro: It is very comfortable apartment in the centre of Venezia, really quiet. Close to the vaporetto station and to the supermarket. 10min to San Marco square, 5min to Rialto bridge. We really like it.

Pro: Full support on every stage from the host company, the simple check-in, the greeting prosecco in the fridge and the perfect apartment in the central locaiton in Venizia. Ideal for the families or in case you don't like the regular tiny rooms at sestiere San Marco. Mille grazie)

Excellent

Pro: Overall experience from booking, checking in to check out. Spacious & tidy. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Location is in a quite area and easily accessible by walking or canal boats.

Contro: Basically only suggestion is two sets of keys as option and more than one role of toilet paper would be helpful for a four days stay with three persons.

Pro: Everything was very beautiful! In a central location, next to a pharmacy, supermarket, and much more! The place was spotlessly clean!

Simple but well equipped apartment in a great location - central, quiet and close to vaporetto stop.

Pro: We love the amenities in the apartment - especially traveling with a baby the washing machine was a great thing to have. We also enjoy the quietness, the view on a small garden from the bedroom, the authenticity of the neighbourhood and the proximity to a supermarket and the vaporetto stop. Not to mention a quiet pontoon 10m away down the street from where to admire the city.

Contro: We couldn't find the drying rack, which would have been useful after doing laundries.

Comfortable modern apartment in excellent location!

Pro: A beautiful modern apartment located in a quiet lane about 20 m from the Canal Grande and halfway between Piazza San Marco and Rialto bridge — it couldn’t be any more central, yet pleasantly quiet. There is a decent sized Despar market just around the corner. The building has a shared courtyard with a gate which feels very safe. There is even a lift.

Contro: The only inconvenience is picking up the key from their office near the train station (and dragging the suitcase across several bridges).

Contempoary accommodation in San Marco, old Venice.

Pro: Beautiful contemporary facilities in a fabulous old building and area. Venice vibes with style.

Contro: Nothing, everything presented as described and expected

Impeccable furnished apt in the heart of Venice.

Pro: The apt is impeccable. Its beautifully decorated, amenities are perfect, its spacious, well refurbished and the location is central as well as v close to a supermarket. We really enjoyed our time there, felt absolutely comfortable and would definitely highly recommend it.

Contro: It was very complicated picking up the keys and then walking 45min to the property over many Venice bridges with luggage. Although we had clearly communicated our arrival time, the Management did not anticipate what we would face or how we would have to reach the property from where we picked up the keys. Then the elevator wasn't working to the 2nd floor.

Convenient location near tourist destinations but also quiet

Pro: Great location and tastefully renovated, equipped with kitchenware and everything you need. We enjoyed staying here and it was right next to the vaporetto stop. Quiet area away from the noise of the tourist traffic.

Contro: Would have been good to check whether there were any laundry tablets left - some containers were empty. The rubbish process was a bit hard but we understand. A lot of mosquitos flying around.
