Spacious and quiet Venetian apartment.
Pro: Great location. 10 minutes stroll to St Mark's Square or Rialto Bridge. Supermarket 1 minute walk from the apartment. Many restaurants and bars close by. Very quiet and spacious apartment. Lovely furnishings. Well appointed kitchen, we cooked and ate in for some nights. Great to have a washing machine and dryer to use. We loved our stay here. Very helpful staff, organising a boat transfer from the airport, purchasing groceries for us and answering all questions. Thankyou.
Contro: The rubbish removal was a bit complicated.

Perfect for a stay in Venice .... quiet but in the centre of it all!
Pro: Beautifully furnished, clean and spacious. Central to everything. Staff member came to greet us at Rialto and escorted us to the apartment - thank goodness .... Don't think we would have found it otherwise. Actually host gave us directions on how yo get there from Venice Airport. Supermarket a few steps down from the apartment and close to shops and food!

Pro: Great location. Central but surprisingly quiet and we were met my Marco as we disembarked the water taxi, which was much appreciated.
Contro: Nothing. Took a few mins to work out the heating controls. It was quite warm for us but we got there.

Stunning Apartment in the heartbeat of Venice! Great facilities and fantastic hosts Highly Recommend
Pro: This was incredible! Loved the apartment, the layout, design and facilities were amazing!! Although a recent and modern renovation it still captures the feeling of Venezia. Quiet location (street) and only a few hundred meters walk to the lively Rialto Bridge and Central Canal restaurants, shops and nightlife. The hosts were beyond amazing. Fantastic communication before, during and after our stay. No request or demand was too hard. Extremely friendly and hospitable which added to the enjoyment of our stay!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Apartment was very central and easy walking distance to everything.
Pro: Elisa our host in Venice was awesome. She helped arrange water taxi on the day and was very helpful in getting us to the apartment easily. She met us on arrival and showed us personally to the apartment. The apartment was in an excellent location, and had every amenity to make it just like home.

fantastic stay!
Pro: Really large 2 x bedroom + 2 x bathroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, etc, etc. And free PROSECCO bottle in the fridge! :)) Located in very center - near the RIALTO bridge and RIALTO boat docks. In the next door is DE-SPAR supermarket, another good food shop is COOP, located at Grand Canal (geo 45.436645, 12.334271). Hosts are very helpful and hospitable - answers in Whatsapp immediately, Caterina - thank you very much! They met us at the canal to lead us to the house through the narrow streets of Venice. So we were completaly happy to stay there!
Contro: No view of the canal from the window :(

Pro: הדירה ממוקמת באיזור מרכזי. כ 10 דק הליכה מפיאצה סן מרקו. האיזור שקט ויש סופר נהדר ליד הדירה. מתקני הדירה חדשים ונוחים. קיבלו אותנו בדירה והסבירו הכל. ממליצה בחום, ובפעם הבאה בונציה בהחלט אבחר בה שוב. התקשורת עם מפעילי הדירה דרך וואטסאפ היתה נוחה והם עונים מהר מאד.
